Great service and good food
A good burger. Full bar is nice.
First the good, the pizza was amazing. Honestly the best part. It shows so much effort in putting out a good product. Got sat in a reasonable amount of time for a Sunday afternoon (40min) for a party of 8. Now the bad, it can really all blue summed up in one statement, started good ended terribly. Customer service started good then you could tell immediately when our server got tired of serving. We weren't trying to ask him to do a lot but when the second round of drinks came the machine had run out of syrup and we told h but they kept bringing undrinkable drinks. The server was getting so fed up that when the main entrees came and were undercooked(bad for burgers) the people with me didn't even want to ask the server to fix it. They said they would just microwave them when they got home. Oh yeah, one more positive thing, the onion rings are deadly. Soooo good. I may go back one day but as of that day most of my party won't. If they could just fix the customer service issue they would definitely be worth another trip because the food, especially the pizza, Jesus, the pizza, was great. Really unfortunate.
This Red Robin had very good service. We never ran out of fries or drinks, the food was served hot and the waitress and hostess were nice. We did wait 20 min or so to get seated at a table for 2, in a restaurant that was at 30% capacity but that has become the new normal.
Jazmin was the best! Came in with a friend on a busy Saturday night but we got a table fairly quickly and the staff was super friendly. After we got seated we met Jazmin and service got even better from there! She knew everything about the menu and offered us some advice when we couldn’t decide. Jaz was constantly making us laugh and made our experience a lot better. Def would be back!
We waited 15 minutes at our table to get service. Our server never refilled our bottomless fries, drinks and we had the wrong tables service pad on our table so once served from the kitchen staff they dropped our food and was gone before we could ask for drinks. Our food was decent. However we did not receive the requested sides and had to choke it down without drinks. I took my wife here for her birthday and we were treated like we weren't even there meanwhile service looked great at the tables surrounding us. We were polite and very forgiving throughout our seemingly endless poor service situation. Good luck with this place. We will not be back.
Absolute best place to go if you feel like taking the family out and dropping $50 on barely lukewarm burgers/chicken sandwich, cold fries, greasy garlic fries with no hint of garlic flavor, and amazing wait times! After we ordered we got to wait 30 minutes for our food while the table next to us got sat 10 minutes after we ordered and received their appetizers and food before us. Also, like others have reviewed, top notch service. Our server asked if we wanted refills, we said yes, she walked away and came back a few minutes later asking if we wanted to order dessert or needed anything else. Fantastic! If you feel like wasting money and having a terrible time this place is the best!
Had a good salad. Going easy on burgers at the moment and their main thing is burgers, so I'm probably not their target customer. But the Cobb salad was pretty good. My wife had a burger and liked it. The never-ending fries aren't the best, but they do the job.
I do like my fries crispy and a tad salty so it might have been just me.
Food and drinks were good. Service was also fast and friendly
