Ramen and side dish are great. Staff are always kind! They are boling pork and chicken soup everyday, not only using instant soup base. It makes wonderful flavor of ramen. There are some of rice and meat bowl like chicken teriyaki, beef bowl, and pork bowl. My favorite ramen is spicy beef and my favorite side is Japanese calamari.
Just wow. Good price, good portion. Beef bowl and okonomiyaki, taste so good and satisfying the way it come, no need to add anything else. Their food are way better than restaurants in Haven City Market hehe. Also I did do online order. Easy and straight forward with no hidden fee, food +tax. Order was ready in 15mins.
I really enjoyed my Ramen. I was fortunate to have Alyssa take my order. She was kind enough to answer all my questions. I told her about my dietary restrictions and she recommended things from the menu that I might like. I appreciate good customer service.

I had shoyu ramen with spicy option. The soup was perfect, the meat was soft and juicy, and the noodle was also very good. I would recommand.

My son and I decided to give this ramen place a try. We've been going to the 2 others in the area and were curious to see how this one stacked up. I rate this place at almost 4 stars. The serving size is perfect; both my son and I finished our ramen to the last drop! The noodles were perfectly chewy. The broth was the ideal temperature. The chashu pork, to me was on the salty side. So make sure to eat a piece with the noodles to tame the brininess. They sadly didn't have black garlic as an add on. I've been partial to black garlic ramen since trying it at Ramen Dojo up north. The calamari could have been crunchier and the dipping sauce more cohesive. It was lacking in something. Other patrons were enjoying themselves so please come and give this place a chance.

Ordered to go at 5:45pm on a Saturday evening, and food was two Ramen dishes were to be ready ar 6:15pm. I got there at 6pm to see if I could order an side dish....I left at 6:45pm with my side being ready at 6:15... They are slow and unorganized ...
Long story short they messed up my online order. The manager tried to fix it by offering some complimentary stuff which I had to wait for (defeats the purpose of placing an online order). But the girl at the register was very rude, kept cutting me off and walked away when I was talking. So sad to see such teenagers who donot take their job seriously and let their ego and attitude get in the way of representing the company they work for.Moreover they never answer the phone and are always short staffed. Like other reviews say there are other ramen places around with better food and better customer service. So I don't see a need to go there to get myself insulted.
