Okay so the three stars that I've given off for the Shrimp Basket which was bomb. But on the other hand my 4 piece platter platter that I bought wasn't so bomb that was the nastiest Popeye's Chicken I've ever eaten in my entire life and I am addicted to Popeye's Chicken first of all the chicken is nasty then on top of that they got my daughter and I order all mixed up Sorry Popeyes in Upland. Maybe next time.

never had popeyes in m life, but my boy got me with it and iwas like wow this place is good, so now i give it 5 stars jst because the staff helped me with my school project

The location isn't great but the staff was friendly and helpful. We went on a slow Saturday afternoon, and were served quickly and efficiently. The store is clean and orderly, but there's no drive-through, so it's a little hassle to get in and out.

Went to popeyes louisiana kitchen. Started at fourth st. And vineyard drivethru only lobby closed. Drive thru overpacked searched for same different loc. Went to foothiill. Just past Milliken rancho cucamonga, across from home depot. Had okay time there service was overall good.

This place is horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. I was there on January 26th 2022 between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. It took over 30 minutes for me to get my order. They told me every 8 minutes it would be 8 minutes longer to cook the chicken. I was told this 4 times. When I finally got my order. I was missing a few items. So not only did I have to wait 45 minutes. I did not receive all that I paid for. Go to this place at your own risk. The worst Popeyes I've been too. I have been to Popeyes in several States in several different parts of the country. The manager needs more training or a different job. Unbelievable. Corporate needs to close this place down and retrain all managing staff.

It's Popeye's, so the food is consistently great. Employees are nice and work fast. I just wish this one would accept gift cards.

Very disappointed in the manager ( Vanessa ). My family and I always order online from this location and have never had a problem. I've rated this location 5 star until now. Last Saturday I arrived to pickup my order and mentioned to Vanessa that I was waiting through 4 customers ordering and receiving their orders before I received mine. I wasn't upset, but just wanted to let her know so that they could work on that. Once I received my order I noticed that my drinks were wrong, so I mentioned it to an employee and Vanessa stepped in to sort it out. She asked me for my receipt and I brought it up on my phone. She told me that I didn't pay for frozen lemonade, so I paid the difference. Then she told me that I didn't order 3 drink only 2. I showed her on my receipt that I ordered 1 medium combo and 1 large combo plus a large sweet tea. She argued with me for almost 5 minutes until I asked to speak to someone higher up than her , which she said that there wasn't anyone and told me to call the corporate office. I then raised my voice and stated that she made such a huge deal over a medium drink. She then said that she'll just give me the drink and proceeded behind the counter and started filling orders and again raised my voice and told her to just give me my medium cup because my family's food is getting cold. The cashier gave me a medium cup, straw, and lid. I said thank you and left after asking the cashier for Vanessa's name. Vanessa turned and gave me an angry look as I left. Very unprofessional.

Was extremely busy about an hour to closing. Mac and cheese wasn't in the system. They were able to make a fresh mild leg, but not dark leg and thigh.Prices have gone up, $9 for a combo I think,Well cooked, better than the Upland location.

Had $25 gift card and decided to use it. The girl at register took the card, put numbers in and said declined and gave the card back. This was the first time I tried to use it so I called for the balance, balance was $25. I went back inside and told them I just checked the balance and it was $25. This time she swiped it and said it's still declined. She asked her coworker if he knew how to do gift card. He tried and still didnt go through. He just said yea its declined. He had no solution. I went to car and called card service. They said the balane is there and maybe they need to be retrained. I didnt have the app so they couldn't cancel and give me a new card, until then i should try at another location. I went to another location bottom line, success. The person at the counter at 2nd location said, you just have to wait for the pice to show up on the screen befor input or swiping, it takes awhile to show up. I realize these things happen sometimes. Restaurants are trying to hire and train and when new, its still a learning process. Its just the way they said declined and gave me the card back as if i was scamming them and offered no suggestions or solution.

Just bought the 4 piece platter. The main reason I went to Popeyes was; my wife wanted the biscuits. Got my food. Ask the guy if the biscuits were in the bag he said yes. Got home and NO BISCUIT'S.Why is it so difficult to do such stunning things.
