If I could give 0 stars I would horrible customer and management, very rude employees. I ordered my children dinner a large cheese pizza, my husband picked it up he returned home and I put the pizza on plates for my kids to eat. I noticed there was no sauce on the pizza so I called the restaurant request to speak to a manager and was speaking to Manuel. He was very rude and condescending from the very beginning. I told him the pizza had no sauce and my kids didn’t like it so I threw it out, he then said it would of been obvious the pizza had no sauce so why would you touch it. I then asked how would that of been obvious if the cheese is on the top and the sauce is underneath. We were going back and forth for a while not getting anywhere and he told me he can’t offer me a refund or replacement because I touched the food. I asked to speak to the general manager and he said he was which he wasn’t. He laughed and said it doesn’t get any higher than him, I called back and the employees refused to give their name and someone who said he was a driver told me to call tomorrow to speak to the general manager. Total waste of money why would you make a pizza with no sauce then tell me I should of noticed it after I opened and touch the pizza. Please pull the phone calls from 5/4 between 7-7:30pm pst time since all calls are recorded. The employee/so called manager hung up and no one answered calls in the restaurant for the next 10 minutes. Do not order from here pizza was barely cooked horrible quality
Stay away from this place! It is one of the most unprofessional pizza huts ever they couldn't tell me the price of a dinner box n had me waiting on the phone never took my order or bother to help me. They have no clue how customer service work's.
Is been a while since I haven't been to pizza hut. Today I walk in to place an order and the lady told me to scan my QR code on my phone to see the menu. So I told her I want the $14.99 large pizza and I asked her her how much per topping and she said $1.25 so I proceed with my order and told her I want 2 toppings. Long story short, my total end up been 23.37 how a 15$ pizza with 2 toppings end up been $8 more? Her response was is more expensive for a walking.. so then tell me why she's telling me all this prices as I'm ordering??? This doesn't make any sense..
Just moved to the area and have had this location deliver multiple times so far. Easy, convenient, and good deals. Taste delicious, always ready quick, always do delivery and it’s hot when it gets there and friendly staff every time. Highly recommend.
Pizza was not hot & your stuffed crust was not as cheesy as advertised.
Make sure pizza is fully cooked and doesnt taste like cardboard.
Expensive. Not done on time. Pizza was burnt. Wings did not taste very good either.
I didnt get my cheese breadsticks or my regular breadsticks then I tried calling for an hour and kept getting hung up on right after I would go through a recording.
There was hardly any cheese on the pizza. Work on that.
Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while but I’m glad I ordered cause that pizza was amazing. Brought me back to my childhood of when my parents would order it for us. Will continue to order from now on.
