Ordered dinner for the family and we all enjoyed it. Delicious food.
Good food but terrible customer service. I’ve been there a few times and after a period of time where I haven’t come (due to distance), I’d thought I’d give it another try. I wanted a taro smoothie but was told previously to bring in my own dairy substitute since I can’t tolerate milk. So that’s what I did.The man working there though told me I couldn’t do that even though I mentioned that an employee told me this. He was VERY short, rude, and made me wait even though he was only filling out 2 to go orders. His demeanor and customer service is HORRIBLE.DONT come here! Instead save your money and go elsewhere. I went to Boba Ave and the drink was better, cheaper and the customer service was 10000% better.
Everything tasted good and the lady was attentive when we asked for anything. We had the pho, egg roles and, fried rice

Same as the person who just provided their feedback today, just walked in and the (gentle?) man who greeted us was very rude as we just asked where we could sit to dine in. Rudely turned us away as he indicated their closed already for dine in (this is at 5:30pm.). Don’t come here.

BEST BROTH IN TOWN! I come here quite often for their delicious pho. I have never had one bad experience or a time when they got my order wrong or forgot to give me something. The prices are good, the customer service is great, and the quality of the soup is excellent! Must try this place!
I just ordered/tried Taro Milk tea with Boba and what a delicious flavor experience I just had! Definitely ordering this every time I come here from now on and I normally get the #15 and a Banh Mí. Pho Spot does not disappoint! Recommend this place plus the employees are great!
