Found a screw in my pizza. Yes, a screw… it was partially melted but very much metallic and sharp! Luckily I bit into the tip of it so not much damage was done to my mouth/teeth. Called the manager to let them know what I found and to warn them (I wasn’t mad, things happen) and was told that this has happened 2-3 times recently and that they think it’s coming from one of their ingredient vendors. I was speechless I didn’t even know how to respond. I didn’t even get a refund for this and was instead offered a remake or a coupon for a future purchase… Do they really think I have an appetite for another pizza from there after biting into a screw!?!?

Will not be back. The service was garbage, the people were rude, and my order was not ready when the app said it should be. I literally showed up just to have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. Understaffed shouldn't have to mean unprofessional...
How is this ok?? We ordered two pizzas and they came like this…looks like they played frisbee before they dropped them off. Very disappointed!
We ordered 3 extra large pizzas and 3 garlic dippings. Ideally the price should have been ($(21*3)+(0.99*3)=$66+7(tax) and they charged us $82. When we asked for the receipt all that was written on the receipt was total price plus tax. There was no breakdown of individual items. And while i was trying to confirm the price, the cashier was a little rude and I couldn’t debate about it. I felt cheated
Crust / Dough on my Pizza last night was hard like cardboard. So disappointed. I will not order from this location again.
I normally don't have problems with these guys, but they made me wait 20 minutes inside while my food sat there and not telling me anything. An employee said nobody noticed me and laughed it off, but two people stared at me while I was sitting inside of their shop, and one even asked me what did I order. Really off putting and very rude from these guys. Never dealt with this before.
Pleasantly surprised. We walked to place our order and we were helped right away. Service was good and we got suggestions. Papadilla (sp?) was SOOOOO good! Great quick lunch.
Love the garlic sauce they use on the Philly Steak pizza. Very great price when you purchase from Groupon
BEWARE ! They DO NOT wear gloves and touch all surfaces and then touch your pizza. It is a disgusting establishment.
