I don't care for PE, they are so fake. Their noodles are dry and some of their entrees are so over thought that they are a mess! But that's not why I'm writing this, I can get by because my grandkids don't know better and they like it. Also they were open! But the reason I'm writing is the way the staff treated the family while we were there. They are supposed to be open to 9:30pm. We arrived before 9pm. They were already trying to close the dining area so they could swab the floor. The restrooms were closed and my handicapped grand child needed to go. The woman serving didn't want to allow the use of the restroom because they were closed. My wife insisted, (and when she insists people seem to just make it happen) so the young lady went and got the key to allow them in. If you're going to be open to a certain time then you need to be open to that time!
The food is ok , but selections are sub par! The experience of the employees r amazing!
I love this Panda is my favorite place! I don't come as often because it's a long drive there for me. I only stop if I'm in the area!
It's 12:48 PM on a Saturday. I have been waiting in front for 10 minutes already. They have a sign that says "Closed for 45 minutes". An employee reached the door a couple minutes ago and then turned off more lights of the restaurant. This is so weird. The sign should say "Closed from X time to Y time".Seems lik Panda Express doesn't want to make money...
I do not understand why this restaurant is so reluctant to give soy sauce. They do not offer soy sauce on their DoorDash menu which is absolutely ridiculous. Every time my delivery driver has gone to this restaurant and asked for soy sauce they give the absolute bare minimum. I normally spend $40-$50 at this restaurant when I place my order. Soy sauce is a staple that goes with Chinese Food. Soy sauce is not worth it’s weight in gold. If you want to keep your customers happy then give plenty of soy sauce with each meal. If you don’t then start a different type of restaurant.
Ordered 2 plates, first plate was OK, 2nd plate; I was lectured! I was told: if ordering 1 item need to get the bowl! I told server I wanted larger portions of rice and noodles. Told again, I needed to order 1 item bowl in a loud tone and lectured on the difference! I am not a child and should not be talked to in a demeaning tone! Everyone in there heard her as I was insulted! I can't seam to get in touch w/a manager at this location.
Could give a few more shrimp in a walnut shrimp bowl.

After seeing other reviews it seems they have this problem. I found a piece of metal wire on the top of my food. I generally inhale panda express but now I'm going to always check it as I eat. Food was delicious but who knows how much wire brush I ate?
Delicious food, quick service and very clean inside.
