Good food... Even when they were about to close..They forgot my macaroni salad... But gave me extra chicken..
How are you going to tell me that the car in front of me is the last one after I've been in line for 10 minutes, so upsetting. Specially when your employee had checked out the drive thru line 5 minutes before. Next time why not come out 15 minutes before closing time and have someone letting people know
Over all is good. Chicken, beef and pork is tasty. Good rice, good steam or boil cabbage. Macaroni is good. Good price. The only thing is the chicken katsu is not hot or fresh. It's was dry like left over. Only took 5mins to get home and it's already cold. 4s for that.
The staff is friendly and food came up pretty quickly, but they were unable to do a loco moco... no longer on the menu, and not available as a custom, for some reason (which might make this no longer a Hawaiian place?)Kahlua pork was a little fatty and greasy, should have left it cooking a bit longer. Rice was overcooked, but still decently sticky. I appreciated that instead of potato salad or mayo-slaw, it was more of a chopped salad with vinegar-based dressing, but they should skip the edamame and onions and go with cabbage instead... Alo, what? No Hawaiian sweetbread?
Bbq steak musubi was delicious.. but the bbq steak on the fresh mix salad was cold, I had to return it
We arrived at 9:00pm they close at 10pm so we thought we had enough time to eat without rushing. The cashier and another women with a headset were super rude when we asked for napkins, Forks and sauce that they had removed from self serve. We said thank you every time we asked for something with no you're welcome in return. They looked miserable to be there. We were enjoying our meal when all of a sudden the lights were turned off at 9:30pm. It was us and one other customer inside sitting down eating. We felt like we were being kicked out of the restaurant. We didnt enjoy our food after that. We felt rushed to leave because we were in the dark. Will never return to this location again.
Worst service ever, girls were rude. They asked me to pour my own sauce. Which I would not have a problem. But people were not following the guidance to wears gloves and charged me $10 for about 10 cups of sauce. Place was dirty with No Manger on site.
Terrible service!!! Food was good tho. This was my first time here so I was slow in ordering. Both cashiers were rude and would sigh loud everytime I had a question, so I don't think it was just a bad employee. Seems like the environment is bad. The cashier gave me a hard time about asking question for my son's food. If my Son wasn't so hungry I would've just left. After ordering my Son and I were the only ones in the restaurant, they just left my food at the counter. They didn't call out my number or have the decency to walk out and bring us our food. I order it to dine in and they bagged it up for me. The bagged up food is not bad but it's all the little things that added up to a bad experience. I could add about 5 more negative things but ill stop here. If you like bad attitude with good food, then this is your place. As for me I'll definitely have Hawaiian BBQ again, just not at this place again.
Delicious! I ordered the #1 and it was very good. I enjoyed everything on the plate and the portions were good as well. I will definitely eat there again.
Food was signed and tender chicken, full of flavor. Comes with mac salad, white rice and cabbage with broccoli. Give it a try, you won't be sorry
