Great place go get sushi. All the wait staff were very friendly Nand helpful in making sure you had everything you needed. The sushi was also very yummy!
My granddaughter and I ate at Omokase yesterday. Basically, the food is good. The sashimi is always fresh and the sushi is delicious. I noticed that the Poki Salad that I always order for take home had decreased in size. It's still good, but more lettuce could have been added. I've been eating at Omokase for the past three years and have seen a turnover in management three times. Yesterday there was only one waitress waiting on tables, while the owner (whom I've never seen before) was working the lobby and take out orders. The sushi chefs greeted customers as they came in. I don't recall if both of the chefs have worked there ever since I've been eating at the restaurant. They are friendly and were very busy. I visited the restroom and noticed that the pictures that use to be on the wall in the inner area was gone. They were pictures of customers that visited the restaurant years ago, which I enjoyed looking at when I came out of the restroom.
First time and loved it ! There soups are everything! It’s a must visit you won’t regret it! Also servers were nice and friendly!
I made a reservation and was told I would wait 15 min then I waited those 15 minutes, then asked where my table for 7 was and I was told I’d have to wait ANOTHER 45 min. And all because some person who looked like he had more money came in. I will NEVER bring my business to you again. You should be ashamed..
It was my favorite place to eat sushi, and last visit was great except the sushi chef wears no masks, seriously? Under pandemic for raw fishes, even use one under nose will make customer feel better
Great sushi as always, very fresh cuts. The sushi chefs are amazing. We wish they would reopen the sushi bar though.Natalie helped me get my order and made sure everything was perfect. Very friendly and professional.
My favorite and new Sushi spot they killed it tonight. Flavor, presentation, the creation of fresh flavors all in one. A must when driving through Rancho Cucamonga CA.
My wife and I used to be consistent customers. Omakase used to be a great place. The customer service has become so bad that we do not go anymore. I don’t see how a restaurant can stay in business like this.
We ordered last night a Dynamite appetizer , and some rolls and sushi . Beginning with the Dynamite , let me tell you we couldn't eat it , it was sour and impossible to see a what was on it .. the special Ono roll always comes different . This time has nothing on the top like it has to be and the fish is not fresh ...I can tell you is if you are eating with no flavor or all of them taste the same . I don't know if they change the cook of the management , but last year it was not like this . Super expensive for that food quality . AWFUL experience !! No more ...
This place has the weirdest seating experience ?. The hostess walks to a table and then yells at you from across the dining room "you're table is ready! Over here :)" saw this happen to ourselves +4 other couples so it wasn't just a 1 time thing.The whole "supply chain issues" we're experiencing right now made it so 3 different items were unavailable, however the dishes we DID get were great. The bluefin was incredibly fresh.The Sapporo roll was great but would avoid the Philly roll (see pics for comparison)Also if you get sake bombs drop it in carefully ? the glassware they serve it in is a tight fit and causes a lot of foam
