All the flavors are amazing! Specially the red velvet, they have a box of minis with all the flavors it’s definitely worth it ! The customer service was awesome!
Just got my cakes and they never disappoint,, they were delicious. Has anyone noticed that the frosting is getting a little skimpy? And the sizes are getting smaller??? Staff is super friendly though.
The cakes are good. The disappointment from our most recent order. We ordered a Mother's day cake that we picked up Saturday afternoon. It was given to me as a strawberries and cream, just like we ordered. Of course we weren't going to enjoy it until the next afternoon for Mother's day. Upon cutting into the cake we could smell the lemon. Checked the tag and it showed strawberries and cream but unfortunately we did receive lemon. It's saddening since we did order for a special occasion. I sent an email to the company but didn't receive any response on this matter. Even more disappointing!
They have great bundt cakes and the staff is friendly. I would have given them 5, but they are not very flexible with requests. I ordered a birthday cake for my husband asked if I could purchase extra icing to place in the middle myself (and they couldn't do that either). Now I will have to purchase extra icing at the grocery store to do that. It wasn't asking for much. I was a little disappointed by that.CORRECTION: I upgraded the rating to 5 stars. They added extra icing after all. Thank you and I apologize.

Great cakes but the service could be faster with custom orders all I wanted was a dozen but 3 exchanged for a different flavor and it was 20 mins for that. They are pre-made switch the few and send you on your way. I get your busy but it would be better customer service if you didn't have to wait 20 mins
Nice customer service, but cake was not moist. I ordered vanilla flavor and the cream cheese frosting taste like just cream cheese not sweet enough. Disappointed ?
