Great food and atmosphere. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Meatball sandwich was really good, make sure to add their spicy olive mix to kick it up a notch.
Pizza is very good (all I have tried there so far). Wait times have been a bit longer than quoted for pick-up/take out, and you can sense frustration with staff toward one another even the few times I have been there. Based on pizza alone, I will continue to frequent Monaco's.
I arrived alone and waited, then some families arrived and they sat down. So I was finally asked if I was expecting any delivery. What was this? so i said i wanted to sit down to eat and i was told ok but not offered anywhere. I finally sat at the bar and here I am for about 30 minutes and no one answered. that sad.…. It's not crowded and there are a lot of tables available but I think I should leave I'm not welcome here. thank you for the hospitality. Btw food is amazing but service is horrible.
The lunch special was a great price! But I really didn't dig the spaghetti. The pasta was barley cooked and watery. And I would have liked a little more meat sauce. I would go back but I would try something else
This is the only place where I get my pizza. Pepperoni and sausage is yummy. I like their sauce, not too much, not too little and pizza dough, just perfect. The only problem is, if picking up, that area is small space. Should expand that section.
My friends and I went here for lunch last Wednesday and were so disappointed with the service. We walked in at 11:35am and waited over 5mins for someone to notice we entered the door. Several people were already waiting and it seemed like they were waiting for a while before us. There were at least 7 tables with people and only half of them had any drinks or even food in front of them.When we were finally seated, we were left alone and waited over 10mins before we noticed no one came to tell us the menu was online or that there would be a long wait. Not once did any wait staff come to our table after we sat down. There were three staff that I noticed in the back. We decided to wait another 5mins before we walked out and across the parking lot to eat lunch. We only have one hour for our lunch break and it seemed like we would have been there for 2hrs if we stayed.This place used to cater to the lunch crowd, by getting everyone in and out quickly. But, that was 10+ years since I last visited. It seems like they were short-staffed or quick service was no longer a practice. ?♀️ There were no lunch specials on their online menu. We felt like we were just seated and abandoned.
Good food and good service! I love their spaghetti and meat balls! They also have really yummy bread! We also had their sampler appetizer, which was nice to try all their fun apps.
First time to dine in here today. Hubby and I were happy to find a quiet place to dine. It was not crowded when we arrive and we were attended to immediately. We tried their chicken and eggplant parmiagana. The serving was great and taste was excellent. We also had their caprese and it tastes so light and refreshing. Will go back again to try other food items. Highly recommend!
I ordered online a pizza, chicken Caesar salad and wings. They forgot the chicken on the salad which I specifically payed for, that's just the beginning though. The MANAGER the lady with the purple hair is a terrible person. I was waiting for pick up and another customer was in front of me to pick up food there was a misunderstanding from the restaurants behalf, they placed an order twice for the same customer, the manager was trying to get the customer to pay for both of the orders made which was THEIR mistake clearly. The employees was embarrassed of their own manager. I will not come here again and I will tell everyone I know to not come here as well. The manager should not be employed here, she should be at a boot camp. She was so rude and had no customer service.
The manager with the purple hair! She is a terrible person with no customer service at all! Rude! No manner's at all. Who owns this place? Apparently I'm not the only one with a complaint against the manager with purple hair. Just look at Google reviews there are many people complaining about the manager with the purple hair she is so rude. Besides the fact of her being rude they forgot my chicken I ordered for the ceaser salad. I payed for something I didn't receive. Terrible I will tell absolutely everyone I know not to come here and I will stand on the sidewalk with posters and banners telling everyone to beware!!
