This is my first time order some food from this restaurant. The food is stale and stinks. It's disgusting！ Bubble tea with shredded radish! OMG！I won't try again！never ever!

This place is outstanding! Even though it seems like a small restaurant, their takeout is very good (just like all other Mimi 5 Bobees). One of my favorite Taiwanese restaurants!
So I went to this place wanting to grab a quuck boba for my boss and I. I saw the buy one get one free on the window and then again on thier menu. I ordered a Tigers milk and Lychee green tea. The woman said she could not honor the BOGO free offer because she said it was only one person making them. Did not make sense, however I understand business are struggling. I did suggest she remove it from her outside window. So the twist is, it took her a long time to make the two drinks then she gave me the drinks with straws opened in the drink. I told her I did not want her touching the straws and placing them in the drink. She came back with straws in the wrappers. I told her she should not be doing business like that. I will never go back to this business.
Went there about a year ago for takeout and got really bad diarrhea afterwards. I should have known something was wrong when the ice boba tea I ordered was given to me warm. I ordered beef noodle soup that day as well, but it didn't taste good. Haven't stepped back in the store since then.
They should not use the same oil to fry pork & chicken. Their popcorn chicken tasted like pork. ?
