i visited around noon on a weekday and the drive thru was completely empty. the girl who took my order over the intercom was very nice and quick. my food was prepared quickly and i was charged fast as well. my to go order did have some modifications and they were all correct. lastly, i noticed their custodial staff was keeping the drive thru clean in between cars and taking out the trash in the parking lot.

You know, this Mc Donalds has come a far way from when it first opened. When they first opened, I got a 6 piece nugget with only one nugget in the box. Soo....but, I have tried it again on other occasions since its the closest in the area, and it's always disappointing. Like everytime it's something. This time, missing a whole box of nuggets. I went inside to grab another and had to wait about 5 minutes for them to be ready. To top it off, my French fries were soft and flimsy. At least my coke is good.

After I pay for my order, a young men told me to wait at the parking lot for my mocca coffee, a wait for 15-20 minutes, and I went to the window (drive thru) and I saw the young men socializing with two other African American young ladies. I was very upset because apparently he forgot that I was waiting for my coffee outside. These things happen when workers are socializing instead of doing their job. ?

This M-D's is going down hills.. Covid is almost gone everywhere, but dining room still closed and soda machines are still off. One 1 kiosk open to order and no one ever at the registers.. Did mobile orders and 75% of the time, it's wrong when we get the food... I understand that everywhere is understand but come on.. someone has to step up, where are the managers to help??? Going have to drive a few more miles down the street to go to a different M-D's to get better customer service/etc.

Don’t get me wrong or anything McDonald’s is a quick easy stop to go but this place does not serve breakfast all day anymore like sometimes we want breakfast late during the day like what the heck they only have certain times they serve breakfast they said the reason they don’t serve breakfast anymore is due to Covid what kind of BS is that what does Covid have to do with anything about breakfast

Dine in not allowed still. While the ⛽ price is soaring high and you expect me to waste my gas on the drive thru for 20 mins as I wait for my food. Well Thank you then and have a nice day...

Ok place only. been here a few times. I prefer the one close to my house. It has faster times in the drive thru

Terrible Customer service! Came for breakfast and the staff was grumpy, short staffed, dining room wasn’t even open when the sign said you can order inside for to go orders. Lady at the window was super stingy when our order was incorrect. Promotion from the app wasn’t even usable because of some bs excuse from the manager. Worked in fast food for so long, and I’ve never let a customer walk away with such an experience. #1 rule of thumb in any customer service industry is to not argue with the customer or give attitude, and she did exactly that. SHE NEEDS TO BE RE-EVALUATED and moved down! SHOULD NOT BE A MANGER. Do not recommend you visit this location. The apple fritter was cold and prepared the week before.

What can I say about McDonald's, it's McDonald's lol there are all sorts of Franchise McDonald's out there, you must always ask for ketchup or else there will be none. Food is good, but their service is okay, they forget orders or mix them items.

Asked for a double cheese burger to be added to a happy meal and was told that they didnt do that. We let the lady over the intercom know we would pay the difference. She says ok gives us a total and we drive up front to get our food. We pull up and a little box is handed to use first so was ask what it was. The gentleman told us it was out extra patty. When I asked why it wasnt added to the cheese burger in the happy meal he closed the window and came back and said 67 cents. I informed him we already paid for it and he looked at us like we were stupid. Employees need more training
