Lack of employees sorry ? especially weekends too slow need more employees or need training

Worst experience In a McDonald's I've ever had. An Employee named "Bonnie" that was having her lunch break in the playplace rudely asked us our kids age right as we walked in instead of "hi good morning" than as you can see in the pictures the play place is a disgusting mess. Worst mc Donald's I've ever been too hands down. The rating makes the sense.

Placed an order through the app for curbside pickup. The app said, I should receive my order within about 5 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to inquire about the status of my order. After waiting for another 5 minutes to speak with someone, an employee behind the counter snapped at me that they only had one person filling these orders and I would just have to wait. Since I was already late for an appointment, I had to leave without my food. The manager on duty watched this entire eck exchange and said absolutely nothing. I filed a complaint with corporate and was told that my concerns had been shared with the franchisee who would respond to me soon. That was a week ago. I will not be giving these people my money again.

Thought I would save a little money and get a caramel frappe instead of going across the parking lot to coffee bean. Saw they had a new menu item, spicy chicken nuggets so decided to give them a shot. The nuggets must have been cooked 30 minutes before I ordered, disgusting and I threw away the rest. The caramel frappe wasn't as good as other McDonald's, too many big chunks of ice that kept clogging my straw. Overall one of the worst McDonald's I have been too, I usually only go for coffee.

(Really a 0 rating) Parked in curbside after ordering on the app and did not get any service until got the attention of a young lady serving another customer that showed up after I did. After I said excuse me and asked about my order because I had already been waiting for 25 minutes at this point, the young lady snaps at me and tells me that they are understaffed. Then without any further dialogue or help, she goes back into the restaurant and doesn't come back out until another 5 minutest to ask me what my order was. Admittedly, I'm a little angry at this point for the rudeness and lack of service, but without malice, I tell her my order even though the order should still be on the screen since I ordered through the app. Another 5 minutes pass then she brings out the order. I get home and I found out that my order is wrong. Already made a complaint with coroporate and I will not be dealing with MickeyD's for a very long time.

Terrible service. Went through a long wait in the drive through and then waited 20 more minutes because they made us park. The woman next to us parked said she had waited 30 min. Just outrageous. In total ah hour for a happy meal and some cold fries. I could have made a better meal in less time

Asked for breakfast #2 & #8. The cashier asked us which breakfast sandwich we were ordering, we clarified the #2 & #8 meals, and the cashier confirmed the sandwiches again, and in the end didn't enter it as a meal. Once I got my order I wanted some jelly for my purchase and stood at the counter for 8 mins while the staff and shift lead walked past failing to acknowledge me. I grinned excessively as if to hide the frustration but hopefully get a response without being rude. The customer service was unacceptable and I know its fast food but at least take pride in yourself and your work ethic regardless of your employer. This may be a temporary job for most but this is your time to practice and refine your customer service skills.

Great McDonald's, the food is very delicious. The only problem is that the drive through is always very long. I spent 30 minutes there once.

Macy should be the manager of the store. She’s so personable and nice. I would never leave a review for a McDonald’s but she was that great

Place has gone downhill. Employees were rude and acting inconvenienced, even though I was the one inconvenienced. Order took a long time and was small. It was a mobile order, and had just been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Whipped cream melted, fries just barely warm, not hot. And only 2/3 full! No apologies, just frustrated sighs at me, and barely looking at me or talking to me.
