i recently visited this location through their drive thru line and had no issue with the order taking or food i received. through the windows i noticed that they had the touch screen kiosks for ordering via the computer if you don't want to deal with an employee at the front counter. i did check my bag for sauces and sandwiches and they had put everything i asked for on the first time. i'll be returning to this mcdonald's in the future if i'm in the area.
This is the worst McDonald’s to go to first of all we’re in the drive-thru lane one waiting to get help they tell us to wait someone pulls up in lane two and they help them they go up to the window to get their food we’re still waiting to get help another car pulls up in lane two and again they get helped we’re still waiting to get help we are still continue to be told to wait at this point I decided to leave. I called the McDonald’s to talk to the manager to explain to him what happened he made excuses “oh they must’ve went to the bathroom” or some weird thing like that I can’t figure out why the manager would say something like that. Did not even care about what I told him. So my question is how exactly is the food we bad service like that you have to question what are you eating with your burger!
They have no shakes. Oh, you want a refund? They don’t do refunds, they think it’s your business. They say the button for refund is on the app, than you hand them your phone and there is no such option suddenly. Tired of this bs. In the end you have to spend ages to get your money back.
Worst experience at a McDonald's in a long time. I have low expectations. But yhey some how went and let me down anyway. Over 15 mins in line at the drive thru. Only to receive 2 inedible chicken sandwiches so much sauce that the sandwich wouldn't stay together, and a piece of chicken so dry it had to be sitting in a warmer for a min of 30 mins
Quick service, interactive games for kids tonplay with while we wait.Front door was broken, told manager several times, no effort to correct ot fix.I used a napkin to stop the door from lockingSeveral customers and staff had to knock on door to be let in.
Unfortunately this particular McDonald's caters completely to its Drive-THRU customers and ignores inside counter guests, so much so they don't even acknowledge guests directly in front of them, when I asked why my 1 meal app order took more than 15 minutes, I was told they are short handed, I guess she ment for the counter only because they had 5 people at the drive-thru window while no one was helping at the counter, one guest waited more than 5 minutes just to be asked if she could be helped.... very rude to keep a guest waiting that long and absolutely horrible customer service, they should just close the dining room down....
1/4 lbs w cheese was fresh and tasted good. Soda was mixed well too. Definitely better than some other McDonald's
45 minute wait for a 10 pc chicken nuggets for my daughter and 2 ice cream cones... And they had us leave right away with no apology, either. This place is a joke.
First we had to wait for our order in the waiting parking spot. After a while my husband decided to go in to see what was taking so long and the lady asked him if his order had the double quarter pounder in it and he said yes. So he was satisfied that he had the correct order. We got home and no double quarter pounder and none of the order was correct except for the drinks. So we returned to McDonald's and went in and handed them the bag and receipt and told them this not not what we ordered. As we where standing there in came another man that had a wrong order also. This happens way to much. We got the correct order but the manager didn't bother to offer something for our inconvenience, that's sad.
GROSSLY OVERPRICED location . How is it that a regular burger is 1.59$ at this location 1.29$ on haven. 1.89 for ice cream here vs 1.29 on haven. 1.69 for apple pie versus 1.39 on haven . Its absolutely ridiculous. They are RIPPING OFF people . Mc donalds should be one set price no matter what but i get the franchisee at this location is very GREEDY .if you must order from mc donald skip this location.they OVERCHARGE !!! not sure how this location is still in business ...
