the drive thru was extremely backed up as it was blocking off a lot of the parking spots. i decided to wait in line and use the mobile app to place my order. the order taker was nice and repeated my order verbally and displayed it on the screen. the one positive was that the drive thru moved quickly but the staff at the window seemed as though they didn't want to be there which came off as rude.
It was late and the line was long. However it went so smoothly and quickly.. I highly recommend this McDonald's.
Extremely crowded drive thru. This location is very busy, I believe because of the intersection. The staff is not very friendly. They seem annoyed. So far no issues with my food though, so I do continue to come for the convenience
Take out. Staff greeted me, friendly order given. Staff member taking the money...repeated my order correctly, cash given, correct change given. Staff member greeted me, gave me the food, and said to have a good day. The order was correct. Good job.
Not too bad. I love the jr. Burgers. They are totally affordable and actually filling believe it or not. Jr... a small or medium frosty and your good for another 4 hours or so...lol
Terrible customer service ! I asked for fresh food received stale burgers and fries when I sent it back they insisted it was fresh and refused to remake it the lady in the window was rude kept making snappy remarks definitely should’ve kept my money to myself !
They AREN'T open 24 hours. It's a Saturday night at 1:15 and people are inside but they put cones to block the driveway.
How do you forget to put the bottom slice of the bun?WTH !?! I'm so over this Mc Donald's. I will no longer support them. Last week it was breakfast burritos, I asked for salsa packets and the employee through Strawberry Preserves in my bag. So disappointing.
Not sure why have #tents for tables when you have you pickup your own food. Coffee was good, food was what we wanted and got
