This location has a cool Vibe. I enjoyed their Baja Tacos and a cold Modelo Negra.Great service by the team behind the Bar, Emily and Gabriel.
The food is absolutely amazing! Their molcajete can easily food up to 4 people and everything tastes fresh. Their Mexican Candy Shot is a must try if you like the watermelon chile paleta and you can't go wrong with ordering their margarita flight! Service was also great and they check up on you often. Oh and if you have to try one thing for dessert, the Churros are a MUST!
The margaritas are the key here. You get a whole flight of 5 margarita flavors: Tamarindo, Guava, Mango, Kiwi, and strawberry. It’s safe to say just one flight is more than enough. If you’re looking for a more eventful night then two will do the trick. The mojarra de ajo is another traditional staple. One of the best I’ve had in the Rancho Cucamonga area.Service has always been great, kind, and helpful.
This is a not-so-ordinary Mexican cantina, with an urban and modern vibe, and authentic flavors. The main dishes were tasty on the day we dined here, but by far my favorite of their offerings were their flour tortillas. They were just the right thickness, with an amazing chewiness that's unique and pleasant. This place can seriously compete with the other upscale and hip Mexican restaurant up the street. I can honestly say that I enjoyed the food here quite a bit more and will gladly give them my repeat business.
The started started off bad, and I was ready to go and never return with a bad review because of a bartender, which I believe to be racist. Please see the photo of who I'm referring to. Things turned around, and Doris (bar manager) made our experience amazing, and we quickly forgot about the rude treatment we initially received. The drinks were amazing, and the food was delicious. The music was loud and made you feel like you were at the club and not a restaurant. I had the crab and shrimp tostada ceviche and Carne asada tacos with cheese and grilled onions. I started off with a Mexican candy shot, then had a Margaritas flight and topped it off with a dessert shot (Rum Chata). Our waiter AJ was awesome. I truly appreciate the way Doris took care of us and made sure we had a good night despite how it began. She is truly an asset to this establishment and has great customer service and great leadership skills! AJ was fun and very attentive. Jesse filled in for AJ while on break and did a great job as well. Between these two, I had no choice but to leave a 5-star review and will definitely return because of the treatment received from these individuals named. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable and for making me forget about the poor treatment I originally received.
Ok food. Nice ambience but alas, Not so great service. The server moved at her own pace, no urgency. The chips and salsa came in with the main course !!! She did not come refill drinks also and we had to get the attention of table clearing staff and other servers to get her attention. Heard from other friends too that they had similar experiences. Hope they can find better staff to do full justice to well cooked and tasty food.
First time here and was treated like a queen for my birthday. Emily and Lavon went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The food was all SO good ~~the molcajete, the nachos, the al pastor, the BEANS!!! just to name a few~~and the drinks were inventive and delicious. Nice selection of Tequilas too. Would 1000% recommend!!!
Very fast service. And you must try the shrimp tacos. And a high five to the bar tender.
Food was ok . Atmosphere is nice. Drinks were good. They aren't great if you have a party of more than 8 people. Couldn't spilt the check more than 3 times. Swiped the wrong card when it cane to playing the bill. Some of the food orders were wrong. I'm going to try again with less people and hopefully things are a little better.
First of all who is running this place on the weekends???? Went on a Saturday and it was terrible. Hostess gave us 45 min to hour wait and took my phone number and never called us. We decided to try the bar. We couldn't get any of the bartenders to help us. Luckily two seats opened at the bar, we sat and it took about 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Ordered chips and salsa and those took 40 minutes. The food took over an HOUR to come out. The drinks tasted watered down. I wondered several times if they even had alcohol because it didn't taste like it and I didn't feel anything after having 4. The food on the other hand is the reason for the 3 stars. It had flavor (luckily), for that I am willing to try the food again . I heard during the week the service is better. This place is very big and completely understaffed. There is really no excuse for this type of service.
