This was my first time at Luna Grill and i was super disappointed! The chicken and beef were super dry and had no flavor. There's nothing worst than getting your food and it's cold :(
The bathrooms fr smell like peaches and it wasn’t just some cheap air freshener either. Foods also great and didn’t leave me feeling like trash after killing the whole plate.
I had the chicken gyro. I love the lamb and will have it next time. I wanted to try the chicken it was very dry to me. The employees are very patient and knowledgeable.
Visited afternoon on March 9, 2022 for pickup. Staff was not friendly or helpful as I have come to expect from other locations I visit. Ordered a “bowl” with chicken (a bit dry) and was disappointed by the portions given here, much less than I’ve had at other locations and the presentation was not appealing. No greeting from the staff when I walked in or out or acknowledgement at all while I waited. The location was clean and seemingly organized but I question their food handling procedures as the staff cooking the food wore no masks or gloves.
Foods good, price is not bad. Would prefer traditional restaurant setting.Humus was a little dry, no olive oil was added.
The food was good and the place was clean and works are nice and serives was fast they got the orders right.
I loved Luna grill, but lately service has been extremely unpleasant. Food being served cold or room temperature. Meal presentation really disappointing, along with customer service. I last ordered the chicken plate, the rice was has a large quantity of salt taste, to which I just had to just eat the chicken and kale alone. Sorry but will not be returning.
I have eaten at Luna Grill before and loved it.I took my wife today and she absolutely loved it.That's a homerun for me; happy wife, happy life.We will definitely be back....
I had to wait and 1hour an 5 minutes for an order, that was accepted two days prior. I know money is tight for Us working class people.a5 this time, but with a little effort and respect for your fellow man is not a lot to ask for. If your restaurant doesn't open until 11:00 A.M. don't take the order as there is no possibility of a $435 to be finshed by 11:30 .
Love this place!!! I’ve never had an issue with an order being incorrect or taste of the food being anything less than fresh and delicious.
