Lately I’ve been disappointed with their food. The food tastes good but they’re cutting back. I stopped ordering the gumbo because they cut the shrimp into tiny pieces so you’re really not getting shrimp. The last time I I came here I ordered fried catfish and they cut the fish into tiny pieces. The food is good but they’re scaling back on some of their dishes.
My parents both ordered jambalaya and they loved it. Has a spicy surprise kick. The Monte Cristo was my choice, and being a bit honey mustard and full of ham rather than jam, new and I loved it and we will be returning. You get a choice of BBQ sauces to go too. But even sweeter was how the Hostess helped us with our to go order and was so kind to my father and mother. That meant a lot. I didn't get her name but she sure deserves a raise or promotion. My dad was thrilled with this meal for a small part of an early Father's Day celebration! Look, this is all that's left!
We went on a trip to shop at Bass Pros and didn't realize Lucille's was right across the street. I am used to a Phil's BBQ style restaurant in San Diego so we have to take a drive if we want to eat at a Lucille's. Well it is well worth the drive! I had the Tri-Tip sandwich and the meat is very tender. Also had the pull pork but like the Tri-tip better. The BBQ sauce is fantastic and I wish I had picked one up!
It was my first time ever at a Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, the service was excellent, since we walked in we were welcomed with a smile. Our Waiter was very helpful and professional.The food was delicious, tasty and good portions. Restaurant very clean. Prices are affordable for the location. I loved the bread they gave us at the beginning. So delicious. Also the service was fast.
Came here for a Business LunchDenisha was polite and knowledgeable with the menu. She was also training a new team member. They were both amazingI had the barbecue chicken sandwich.My customer had the sirloin aSalad. Also a side of ribs.Strawberry lemonade is always on point.Must have when dining at Lucille's.Great place to come for lunch or dinner.You won't be disappointed!
Came here for dinner on a Monday night (and many other nights). Wasn't terribly busy considering it was a Monday night. The staff is always really nice and really helpful. Our waitress was very attentive and really nice. Our food was perfectly cooked and came out just the way we wanted. The lemonades here are something that everyone should try as well! Overall the many times I have come here, it has always been nothing short of a good time and quality food AND quality service. I always recommend this place to people who haven't had it yet.

Best Beef Ribs EVER!! They just introduced more sides to their menu! Great service every visit! Perfect location to shop around while you wait to be seated! Expect a 30min + wait time on the weekends! Its worth the wait!
