The drip coffee is made to order and delicious. This location also has a nice patio outside to sip your beverage.
Honestly, the food and drink were great.. it was the fact that I ordered oat milk due to a dairy allergy and was still given cow’s milk. This was after I confirmed it was oat milk too.. I am so incredibly sick now.
I don’t know if this place has fallen from grace, or what, but the mocha I got the other day was mediocre at best, and the breakfast wrap was as bland as they can be. Most of my reviews are positive, but this was so disappointing and counter to the 4.6 it got that I wanted to speak up. 0 effort, 0 love, 0 flavor. Maybe they were once great? Compared to gas station coffee? Compared to a quality coffee shop with real food and coffee made with love it’s a huge gap. “Inland Empire” decent. Go to Berlin in Downtown Long Beach and have a great cup and a great meal, then you’ll understand why my rating is a 2 star.
Ordered a delicious cappuccino with vanilla syrup and oat milk. Cafe was spacious and clean. The employees were also attentive and friendly. Would definitely return!
Every single time I’m trying to like this please and thank you hopefully I can enjoy coffee but noThe barista‘s manage to screw the taste of coffee.Even simple vanilla iced latte tastes nothing like you would expect.That was my last time giving chance to this placeI love coffee from Haven city market and this is the best coffee in IE and I will continue to go there
This best lattes all day everyday bar none. Every barista is trained to make cafe drinks the way they should be. Great vibe, great patio.

Well I met my husband at the San Dimas location about 17 years ago so I’m completely biased about how awesome this coffee is.
Im a coffe aficionado and decided to try this Klatch coffe location, I usually go to the North Fontana one.Big, big mistake in visiting this location, really awful customer service and the coffee was incredibly tasteless it took the staff a good 15 mins to make my coffee.I give this location a 1 star minus...I don't recommend this place, it needs a massive amount of improvement and hopefully management will read this review and can transform this Klatch location into something positive for the community.
Always a great Latte and muffins. I especially like their seasonal drinks. I come back for the real pumpkin Latte annually, but some other one-time offerings are memorable also. Their cappuccino chip muffin is a year round favorite.
