This was my first time coming here. To be honest I felt it was a bit pricey for breakfast for 2 people. The food was ok nothing special about it. It took a while for our server to take our order, but once we placed the order food came out quick.We ordered the 2 egg breakfast special here's a picture of what we got and total.

Baja Shrimp Chicken Applewood Omelet. Pancakes off the chain! By far the best omelet I've ever had! Great service, friendly staff and great family atmosphere!
Had breakfast with the family. I had the country platter with upgrade of chicken fried steak. My eyes were bigger than ma tummy! All was delicious. Too much food even for me. Our waitress was really nice and courteous. Will be back again soon.
Really great place to eat. It's always yummy. I get the bayou skillet and it's packed up. Filling and the banana nut muffin is to die for. With whatever butter they use omg. Everyone should come here. Best breakfast spot in Rancho I've been to.
As first timers, One thing that stood out to me was the cleaniness especially with Covid. We have been to restaurants and they don't care much about sanitizing the tables they just take off the dirty dishes wipe away crumbs/trash (which is why I carry my own sanitizing wipes) and this place wipes down table and the seats too! Not to mention the food was mouthwatering good!! The servers were attentive coming back regularly to ask if we need anything and so friendly. We will be coming back plenty more times ☺️
Have come here at least four times and have had a great experience every time. The wait time can be a bit sometimes especially on the weekend but the staff and food are worth it. I've had the dirty Berry and banana (French toast), dirty country chicken and biscuits, meat lovers omelette, and the bacon cheeseburger. Only downside is the morning hours - closes at 2 pm
Wanted to try a local spot before my flight and came across Kickback Jack's and it was good ish. I was expecting better chilaquiles but I thought they were okay. It's a ton of food, as you can see, but it wasn't spectacular. Was basically chips with red salsa on it with eggs. And they said this was their "favorite or specialty" dishes, but I've had better. The service though was great and I was seated right away. If you were yo visit, maybe stick to regular non-Mexican dishes on the menu.
