So I came today to order the spicy chicken sandwich combo. There was a price for $10.49 on the menu in a big size board, the employee said that was not the price and that it was $12 then he said is $10.99 but regardless he was not respecting the price on the menu.. so then I told him that his prices were not updated. He said correct that they're not updated.. So why are they false advertising prices... or take them off the menu.. very poor customer service. He did not try to offer me that price that he has on the menu. Very disappointing..

So when I ordered, I asked for the three piece tenders with fries, no drink. Not once was I asked if I would like a sauce. No fries, no sauce and paid $7.32 for literally 3 piece tenders. With this service and outrageous costs for the items received, will NOT be back again

I ordered a classic sandwich and the chicken was raw. I let them know and they told me that nothing could be done because the system already shutdown because they are closed. Other than that they were rude and they not wearing a mask. They should have told me that they were closing and I would have left without ordering anything.

The biscuits here are very soft and moist! Really good!

Unless the door is locked because they're short employees and i have to use the drive thru, i always go inside to order take out. Went last night after work, just before 6, and ordered a #1. 2 piece leg and thigh (i usually always say 'crispy, if you have it', cause i know sometimes it isn't available by then), mac/cheese and med drink. They were out of med cups, so they gave me a large one and charged me for the med. Nice!! Got home and i had a thigh and 2 legs...bonus!!! Everything was great. My only complaint is the lights in the parking lot beyond the parking just outside the restaurant itself. Been like that for i don't know how long. Just decided to speak up now, don't know why. Soooooooo dark!!! Need those lights to work. Don't know who's in charge of that, but they need to get on it!!! If the lights were good, i'm giving 5 stars. Sorry. Oh, that and can we get the tray with separate compartments back again? Like that better than the box.

If you could leave zero then I'd leave nothing they left half the order out called girl said come back . Wait in 10 car line again for missing food and then get told at 715pm on Friday night that the cook is on Break and backs out every car there and refused to service them.... this location is a joke and people should be cross trained to cook, even if it took longer there should always be someone in charge who knows how to cook and do front line. Understaffed I get but rude and refusing service is ridiculous you will loose all your business that way.

Recieved wrong order ,then Honestly not just the way the chicken was under cooked but also poor quality of bird. Even the sides were terrible. Perhaps under staffed. New employees? The young lady at the window was very nice, I will say that. I was so bummed out. But I should have looked to see if the chicken was what we ordered. Tenders not a mix of non edible pieces of ? Strange too that the entire strip mall was empty. No businesses. And no lighting,completely dark. Anyway the Colonel is rolling over in his grave.

The food was good and the drive-thru was fast!

As always, hasn’t failed to get bad service from this location! It’s either there’s no chicken left, our oven is not working or they just forget to put all your meals in the bag, but they always say “ it’s all in the bag”. KFC needs to hold their franchises to minimum standards when it comes to customer service. The brand is definitely fading out. I rarely do bad reviews so here’s one I hope everyone sees and decides to move on to the next one nearby.
