Customer service pretty bad lately. Went there last week. Waited at the drive through menu for someone to take my order for a very long time. I was the only person there and the wait time was almost 10 minutes before I was helped. Drove up to the window to pay for my food. Guy inside wearing a dirty wrinkled shirt took my money then dropped my hot sauce on the floor. He then picked the hot sauce off the floor and put in my bag. I asked him if he dropped my hot sauce, he said "oh yeah", no apology, but then replaced the hot sauce. He then took what food was in the bag, and disappeared behind the drive up window, came back in a few minutes and gave me my food without saying anything. Needless to say, I threw the food in the garbage and went next door to taco bell.BTW, I have been going to Juanita's for over 38 years. I use to go to one on Indian Hill in Pomona, then the one on 4th Street and now in Rancho Cucamonga. Their tacos and hot sauce are what keeps me coming back. Having said this, for the price they charge for food (its expensive), their customer service will need to improve before I go back.
This place is amazing.Their food is goooood... let me put it like this I was the 12th person in the drive through line and there were 10 more people behind me. When I received my order at the window there was at least 15 people behind me. The time was 6:30pm on a Friday. Excellent service ? and the food was hot!! Juanita's III gets ??
Been eating here for years and it is the best place on earth!!! Since I was a child the taste of the burritos are so delicious how I remember as a child is exactly the same to this day!!!! No place on earth is as amazing as this place!!!! If you want amazing MEXICAN food homemade tortillas perfectly seasoned food homemade rice and beans this is the place to go to!!!! Horrible experience yesterday afternoon.This place is normally really good. We are a company in Rancho. 8 people coming to eat but the kid with a green sweater w/ beard was rude to a lot of customers. Claimed he was training new employees. Sloppy food and service complaints in the short time we were waiting in line. We decided to take our service elsewhere.Not right how your employees are treating customers.Our company will be dining elsewhere until this issue is resolved.Update: customer service reply was rubbish.Our business park will never be dining here again.Should never talk to customers that way!
This is to share about my 1 star ? experience last night. We used to live close by and passing through during dinner time, we thought this was going to be a treat! We love their food!As soon as we pulled into the drive-tru they were rude. The young lady was acting like the mic didn't work while they took our order. So we pulled up and immediately The manager was bobbing his neck explaining the mic didn't work while trying to hold back his laugh. He said he was in the middle of training, but had gross attitudes like I've never experienced. He refused to give his name so We took a picture out of disbelief and needed to share!The food used to be great with great customer service. But this "manager" training these girls to act like that is not not acceptable.We drove off. We usually spend over $50 easily.I edit my review to exercise my right to express my concerns after being disrespected. But I see that even the ownership approves this behavior. We won't be taking our business here. We will be sure to share this with our community who introduced us to you.
Love this place, fresh home made flour tortillas make any mexican meal taste better. This is the second location i go to and they are both as good.
This is my kids favorite place for bean and cheese burritos. I feel like the quality is gone down over the years and the prices have gone up. The kids are satisfied and they don't know the difference. They have changed their hot sauce packets from little plastic containers to these leaky plastic pouches. I'm not sure the exact reason for the change. I'm sure it must have been a good one, but the pouches leaked all over. By the time I got home I had a little bit of a sauce mess in the bag and on the burritos.
Food is still good, customer service needs improvement. Just because the previous customer treated you poorly doesn't mean you can act that way to the next customer.
Love Juanita's!! And I was determined to get some!! Even though the line was around the building, and drive thru was tight, it was definitely worth the wait, and it moved along quickly!!!? So yummy, priced right! Glad I stopped!
Carne asada burrito was OK.Was barely warm. Good size burrito for the price. Meat was a bit chewy not tender.Flavor was good.
