Went in earlier this morning, the two guys working there were really friendly and it was an overall great experience, I will definitely be coming to this specific store again! :)
I called in a #26 at 10:35am. Short story they were busy & they can have it done by 11am. So i arrive at 11:08am & they havent started on my #26(giant) so im waiting & waiting 15 minutes later i ask how much long on the giant #26 for Michael & apparently it had been done already so i pay i take off i work 10 minutes from this jersey mikes i get to work & my sandwich is (cold!!) Not warm at all but COLD. This is the 2nd time i have an issue with this jersey mikes. I understand they are busy but for my food to be cold because they forgot about it & to notified me it was done. Horrible experience i will never be returning to this jersey mikes! I didnt even get napkins

Great Sub shop. This location does wonderful with fulfilling my electronic orders correctly. The staff tends to be friendly when the order is picked. Everything appears clean and orderly. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for a sub sandwich.
Being from NJ this is the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to. Never before have I met such a happy and efficient staff. Their team is something special and made one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Keep up the great service!
