Fast food is fast food. Good, but not a Michelin star meal. However, the Ultimate Cheeseburger is the best! I'm a purist, so I love that it's just meat, cheese and a few condiments. Lettuce, tomatoes and such are for salads, and I don't care for them on my burgers, so this burger tops my list!
They are pigs, no mask, no gloves, while touching your food,the work area is all dirty and they are all sweating everywhere. Manager is extremely unprofessional.
Ordered a few kids meals; they missed to pack the drink/milk. Be sure to check the bag before you leave the lot. I missed checking that and realized it only on the way.
The employees of this particular Jack in the box is consistently great. The food is freshly cooked. Not over done or cold. The service is very accommodating in regards to the customer. Always friendly. I don't think I have ever had an order made up incorrectly. Good every time.
The food is good, depending on who's working they're nice. But at the same time that Jack in the box is racist. I work there for almost 2 years and then left. It wasn't my choice to work there I had to. And the two years I was working the boss that I had was trying to have me leave. Right now I'm desperate and I need a job so I contacted them and still they're racist and they won't hire me. They want it to be all Mexican restaurant so I don't recommend applying or working there. I think they are only racist to black people. Because once you walk in there you will not see a single black person.

I was just there at around 3:30 am on Dec. 6th, 21 and the gentleman that was working was working his self to the limit. I think he was alone and if so he should probably get some kind of bonus for what he had to do. Triple pay at the least, that poor guy, still made my food better than ever. Jack don't look over these details, it's important. I've been in those shoes. He gets 5 stars!!!
I came to pick up a delivery, I came back because they forgot a jumbo jack for the customer, I told the manager if he can throw an extra pair of tacos and a shake for the inconvenience also for them not having chicken nuggets, he said no, you are already getting paid, I can't do that. He couldn't even be kind enough to give some tacos for the customer for them not doing their job and me coming back for the customer. That guy needs to open his heart
Chinese egg rolls here are amazing
The staff is really nice and usually help me out if i have a coupon or asking for extra condiments. It maybe Jack-in-the-box but at least the food is fresher than McDonald's that's across the street.
