I know I put take out, but there is no drive-thru option in the questionnaire. I ordered a Spicy Cluck, but they no longer carry it @ this location. So, changed my order to Jack's Spicy Chicken asking if they could put the spicy mayo. They said they no longer have spicy mayo either. I settled for the normal Jack's Spicy Chicken sandwich, also had Loaded Nacho Tiny Tacos, Chocolate Overload Cake & Large Caramel Iced Coffee. @ the window, they offered me some Buffalo Sauce on place of spicy mayo. It wasn't as spicy as I wanted but it did help. The food was done quickly. It was good although I didn't much like the chili sauce they put in the Tiny Tacos. Next time I won't get the loaded ones.
Went through drive thru and they didn't give me my debit card back..my fault for not realizing this but a day later when I realized it was missing I checked my bank and there were fraudulent charges on my account...pretty sad someone there used my card. I called and asked to speak to a manager and never got a call back. Will never go here again..its one thing to forget to give me back my card..its another to be a criminal. Already reported this and of course my bank is now investigating it. Sketchy AF.
Service was 3/5 they were fast with the food. Not rude or nice just seemed like they were do you ngf their job and trying to get the orders right. The long line in the drive thru went by fast. The food was 5/5. Over all a good experience. I will definitely return.
It's very clean & maintained , Workers are Very Friendly and Helpful plus The Food there tastes Super Great for Fast Food ... Only Issue is no HOT SAUCE OR ACTUAL JALAPEÑOS ...

Next time this business decides to close early they should update their hours on Google...I originally ordered by Doordash and after about 25 minutes my order was cancelled with no explanation. Then I drive to them because Google says they're open until 2 and they had been closed for some time... My guess was at 12am.
Terrible place gave my grandkids breakfast with eggshells
OPEN sign on but no one is there past midnight. I work nights and anytime I've come here past 12am, they're definitely open but they're workers are gone. At this point I assume they keep the open sign on for show and take off. Get paid to do nothing. Lazy and pointless.
This is the best Jack In The Box around! Seriously, the food is always fresh - NO STALE OR COLD FRIES. The line (if there is a line) moves quick and they are friendly. Its VERY clean inside. I work directly across from another location but make the drive to this one in the Albertson's parking lot.
What in the world has been going on at this place?! It used to be great. Now the workers have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They forgot my sandwich last time, and this time I got sick from the chicken club salad. No “thank yous” or “have a nice day” no smiles. They took forever & acted like we inconvenienced them. Also the drive thru window was filthy. I’m not going back
