Let me start by saying that the ice cream here is good. Ice cream is ice cream after all…..The service is terrible, and the owner is a butthead. KEVIN, the owner, denies breaks to his employees which is why they all have attitudes with the customers. I highly recommend trying Bruster’s as they are just down the street and have excellent service. Brusters also has the same favorite flavor Graham Central Station.

Liked the way Handle maintain the quality coast to coast. One of my favorite brands till date. The service was fairly quick as 2-3 min wait time on weekends is reasonable. Variety of options/ flavors available and they come up with new flavors every month. A couple of suggestions would be to include more vegan options and reduce the sweetness of flavors as some seem to be over sweet! The staff is very helpful and good on their part. Can definitely recommend this place.
I tried the Horchata and Strawberry Cheesecake Chunk ice cream flavors. Highly recommend the last one. 4 stars because I wanted 3 scoops with three different flavors but I was told I could only choose 2 flavors for that many scoops.
The best ice cream place ever.They have amazing flavors with outrageous ingredients. I always like the sherbets but the ice creams are the star.
So yesterday I found a STAPLE in my ice cream. I gave you guys a rating of 4 because I know it wasn't on purpose or intentional however it did happen and I just wanna make note of it. I love your ice cream. But just a small mistake. I think it happened when you guys staple the to-go bags/ orders. (I know I'm fat for ordering delivery lol). It went right thru the small opening of the lid (opened up by the spoon). Anyways just a note. Thank you guys for hearing me out!
Went out for dinner today and stopped by for dessert. I've been coming to handles for ten years and still one of the best ice cream parlors in Southern California.
Definitely a great spot to get some good ice cream. Service was great there really nice and there's a large variety to pick from

I love Handels ice cream! Flavors were yummy, but portions were smaller in Rancho Cucamonga than in Carlsbad. I had: chocoholic chunk and banana cream pie
