I don't think I've ever had somebody so dumb try n take my order. It was so bad I had to cancel it. This place is nothing like it use to be back in the days. If you don't understand a pepperoni and sausage pizza don't take orders go clean the restrooms better
I’ll start with a positive before I get to why this was a horrific experience. The food was great. Now let’s get to why it’s a two star experienceI called in and was asked if the call being on speaker so a trainee could listen in was ok and I said sure. From there I stated I was a first time customer and asked were their any specials or deals. I was told (with sarcastic tone) that their were not any specials or deals, Specifically hailey stated that I had to pay for each individual item.At the end of the call, I was asked ‘would you like to pay over the phone?’ When I stated I would not, I was told my food wouldn’t be made until I paid.Since I was ordering over the phone for pick up, I decided to overlook it and pay even though Hailey stated at the end of the call that it wasn’t an option for phone orders to not pay, In which case i wondered why she asked me did I want to pay over the phone vs stating i had to, to get the order started which most ppl who order for pick up want the food ready when they arrive.I overlooked all this as trainee errors but was later told by someone I told I was recording and did when I called in that the trainer hailey was who I spoke to not the trainee. So after getting my food I called in bc I went in the store to pick up my order and saw in fact they had a Monday special for a medium 1 topping for $8.99. I ordered a large one topping and paid $17.99 and was told no deals were available. Obviously this was frustrating and so I called in. I have a call I was given permission to record by one rep (Hailey refused to allow me to record her) proving how insulting they became when confronted with the issue of the special they advertised and didn’t inform me about.I asked to speak to management and was told no one was there. When I asked who is present with the servsafe manager card to close the store, i was hung up on flat out. (I have this legally recorded)I called back and spoke to Hailey about the previous call. I informed her a simple apology, offer of management call back for the error tomorrow would have sufficed, but now I have greater concerns over the legality of the employees on premises and their legal status in terms of having servsafe to serve food legally after being hung up on and told a manager is not present in store.Further detailed questions on this topic like asking the women I spoke to if they even had servsafe cards to serve food, went completely ignored and I have the recording I was allowed to make with other employee to prove thatOverall we are disgusted with how the lack of a simple acknowledgment of error and apology turned a very small issue into a much bigger oneI recommend anyone wait until I send the health department which I will do tomorrow before eating here. We even cancelled my moms card bc we didn’t feel comfortable with the response given by 2 staff working and 0 managers available which is illegal in a restaurant in California. A manager must be present.A lot of places do this and have a ‘manager’ close by to speed in and act like they just ran somewhere close if inspection pops up. Had they not been so rude I wouldn’t even be all in their business this way but now we will make sure they are performing at the best legal standards this community legally allows and requires with food businesses out here. I’m concerned and will have this investigated. It’s one thing to be on hard times and have borderline illegal strategies to stay afloat (I actually empathize w this) but to deal with blatant disrespect from people who themselves aren’t following the law openly? I won’t tolerate it.As a Hispanic with family who struggled to come and maintain life in this country I will say this. Mind your attitude especially in any type of business where u being addressed can possibly cost you and others your job.You make great food but you weren’t trained well on customer service and tbh just didn’t seem like decent people. I heard and understood the slick talk the cook said when I was in the lobby too. Let’s grow up shall we?Good Day
We haven’t been to Graziano’s in years though we used to go to different location a long time ago. We were in the neighborhood so we thought to check it out. We shared a lasagna dinner and upgraded side salad to antipasta side salad. The salad was big! We the lasagna was average size, though enough to share. It was good, not exceptional. We ordered Sicilian garlic bread and it had a lot of thick cheese & was really good. We ordered 1/2 spaghetti with Mariana sauce and meatballs on the side to go. The 1/2 order was smaller than expected. The meatballs were big. My wife had White Claw to drink and were inexpensive. You place order and pick up at counter. The service was friendly!!
Worst fettuccine I've ever had. You can just feel the powder, as if the taste wasn't a dead give away that it was artificial lol. Pizza was greasy for no reason, really there was no reason for a mini pizza to be that greasy. Cutlery looked half-washed, only two waitresses, most kept talking to the chefs. Will never be coming here again.
Some things good, some not so! (This visit was to Baseline location in Alta Loma, CA) Recommend the calzones, pizza, and all versions of knots! Skip cheesy fries (horrible & undercooked), also not impressed with the hot wings (not crispy or cooked enough). (Have had better quality at the Fontana CA location!)
The service and food was excellent we had fifteen people in our group.
Fantastic food and super friendly employees! I went to Graziano's for the first time today, and I tried 3 different foods. Their salad was huge and amazing. everything was absolutely beyond expectation. The price was very reasonable ! I definitely recommend it and I will back to them again.
The customer service was the worst I've experienced in a long time!I called in my order asking for the margherita pizza confirming it comes/is made with sauce. The lady on the phone said yes but asked if I wanted it traditional or not. When I asked the difference she said one had olives one didn't. I then replied that I didn't want olives but wanted to make sure it would have marinara pizza sauce on it. (Obviously this is important to a good pizza.) She said yes. After picking up my order and driving all the way home, I excitedly open the box only to be disappointed with crust slathered in cheese, oil, and a few basil leaves. Definitely no pizza sauce. I tried to be happy with it and had a few bites, but it didn't taste good at all.Sense I knew this clearly wasn't my mistake (as I had asked the girl on the phone about three times for sauce) I called the pizza shop back figuring it would be an easy exchange. No such luck. It was about a thirty minute phone call of them trying to convince me it was my fault, I ordered wrong, and/or was trying to scam them to get a free pizza. After this very difficult conversation, and driving all the way back with the original uneaten pizza, they gave me a new one served with plenty of attitude. After opening the second box, I sighed in defeat as I stared at a margherita pizza, this time with sauce, covered in olives. Not even the basil leaves made it on this time. The food is only so so, they refused to get my order right and fix their mistake, definitely NOT WORTH IT.
Amazing food! Amazing dining area! Amazing staff! No humankind shall miss the Calzone from this place's menu!!! If you wanna try Italian, go nowhere except Graziano!!!
Doesn't feel like an Italian restaurant and sports bar at all ?. Needs work ?. Was quiet like a library in there.
