Honestly....it's overrated, I've had better burgers from the local burger joint and it's over priced tooThe customer service is actually better than the food itself...If you love over seasoned and oily fries...this place is for you.... last time I eat from this place

One of the best made burgers in town! But they don't know what sizes are, man... Their medium size fries are HUUUGE!!!Yup..! They're crazy!

Always my favorite place to go for a good burger. I usually get a lettuce wrap and all the toppings and you can’t beat it.

best burger ever makes In n out taste like crap

One of the hottest restaurant chains in the world, Five Guys has opened more than 1,000 locations since its 1986 debut in the Washington, D.C., area, and claims to have another 1,500 in development. Famously named after the four brothers who founded it and the father who backed their concept, it was long considered a regional chain, having spread up and down the Eastern Seaboard. But Five Guys has gone truly nationwide and now lists locations in just about every continental U.S. state. Despite this rapid spread, Five Guys tends to elicit much more passion than its more corporate competition. In the case of Five Guys, the avid loyal following comes thanks to some simple but important tweaks on the fast food burger model -- namely cooking to order, very generous portions, fresh fries, free peanuts and a charming feel.

seemed like a cool idea at first, except now it seems like the worst idea:- another burger joint - boring, unnecessary, and gross- people are allergic to peanuts- glad to know there's azodicarbamide in the oil - reading the ingredients while I waitThis place is just too hard to deal with. I don't like all the red everywhere being blingy - it's pukey because it's the color of puke and blood. It's slick and shiny too.I mean it's cool that the menu's flexible, but not enough - I tend to be too scared to go in most of the time. I went there once - it was one too many times.

Paid sooooo much for food. They messed up my order. I tried calling and they didn’t even answer. $53 for 2 burgers and 2 fries and 2 shakes. I might have to start learning how to make a 5guys burger at home.

although short staffed they served the food quick i ordered a overall meal of 23$ dollars although more pricey than other places i got a gourmet burger worthy of 5 stars so many fries that it spilled over the cup and filled the bag overall amazing experiences even the cooks recommended me things to try 10/10 experience

Came in today to get lunch girl was very helpful very polite. Problem was price was just too much. Also they didn't have a combo meal so the price of the hamburger, fries and soda . Would have been way more than it's worth. I don't know if this is the new price thing due to this covid or if they've been this way all along but I know I'll never come back to five guys. There's other places that have crumble meals that are just as good as them I won't name them because I'm not going to promote their business

Excellent burgers. The fries are great as well. Only issue was a little too much salt on the fries. Great staff at the Rancho location on North Haven.
