Milkshakes and chili fries are pretty good. The only down side is that they dont let you mix the milkshake flavors. Im definitely coming back
As a lover of burger joints like The Burger Lounge and Burger Boss I was expecting so much more from Fatburger from the hype and especially for the premium price. Premium price and sub par food. Onion rings were soggy with 1/3 of the breading missing. Fries soggy as well. We got a vanilla shake instead of the chocolate we ordered and the chocolate was actually on the receipt. The burgers arrived completely not appealing looking. Smashed kinda flat (like a whopper from Burger King lol) with not so fresh veggies (again like a whopper). Burgers were ok but That’s it just ok. Chili sub par as well. Over priced and under flavored for sure. Glad We tried it now we know we’re not missing anything.
They gave my food to someone else didn't want to remake my order said someone picked it up they said it was for me which is not true it's okay I don't know why you gave it the food away but can you make my order please already paid for it online refuse to make the order or refund contact company. Receive my money back poor customer service the manager did not want to give me her name or district office number then she said she was the owner then she gave me a wrong name would never go over the fat burgers again at that location.
The only place I HAVE to visit when I'm in Cali! I ordered the XXL burger because I was starving but I barely made a dent in it. This is not your average burger joint, the burgers have a good char on the outside and seasoned well. I would give 5 stars if they had a better bun, the bun is basically white bread, a brioche bun would knock any competition out.
This place is not how it used to be or at least how I remembered back in 2008 when I was in highschool. The restaurant is falling apart. 1 menu screen is working out of 4, drinks have a funny taste and the food is not what it used to be. Burger was super greasy, condiments were not fresh. Now I know why the 3.8 Stars.
We ate at Fatburgers. In and out ain't got nothin on Fatburgers. The burgers are awesome. Huge, flavorful and satisfying. If you haven't ate a Fatburgers burger, you're missing out. Tons of add on toppings and when you're done, you're full as heck. Try it. You'll definitely love it!
They are always out of menu items. One day it was onion rings another day they only had enough wings for a 6 piece. They need a new procurement clerk.Other than that the burgers are pretty good.
I know that it is hard to get good help, but can't excuse rudeness. I was ordering food for three: three burgers and three orders of fries. When got my order one burger was missing. The cashier that took my order said I only ordered and paid for two. I looked at my reciept and yes, I paid for only two, but my friend was as surprised as I was because he was with me when I ordered three. What more annoying was that the cashier did not offer to get me another quickly, he just went on to service the couple at the counter. No apology, no interaction after making his statement. My friends told me the burgers were not that great anyway, so I guess I should be glad I didn't pay for one. One of my friends suggested not to go there because 17 years ago he had an even worse experience at a Fat burger. I guess nothing has changed.
Always a consistent fresh cooked meal but they never have any punch cards so I don't expect to ever get a free burger
Just ran in and grabbed 2 1/3 lbs burgers with everything on it… and they were delicious! Amazing burgers!
