It's been awhile since we had Famous Dave, it's usually really good. Unfortunately today, it was not! The ribs, burnt ends and sides lacked flavor or seasoning. It was extremely bland, the Mac and cheese was watery and bland. Food was just so horribly bland.Today was a miss, not sure what happened, but hope this isn't the new norm.
The food was tender delicious perfectly seasoned n the waiter Christine n manager Diane was amazing and very welcoming best experience then we had at the Redlands location cause there management was horrible. Thank you Rancho location for making it a bomb second experience with out knowing our first

The server Andrea was rude. Never brought refills. Charged all the checks wrong. Forget to take someone in our party’s order. My 2 sons food were both wrong. Had to ask 3 times for to go boxes and cups. We went for my dads 80th birthday and she was rude to everyone. The manager was also rude and said either don’t come back or deal with the general manager in the morning.
I understand they were short staffed and the server was sweet, but we received very minimal attention. Any of us would've liked a refill on our empty drinks. Also a bit on the $$$$ side for the quality and portions. I didn't eat my dinner since I didn't care much for it. Unfortunately I felt disappointed and not sure I'll make such an effort to return. I do wish the best for the staff. Keep hanging in there.
Succulent, Delicious.I stopped in about 2 wks ago and picked up the 3 meat at the takeout counter. Fell in love with the Brisket as the chopped pork was out. I have never been a fan of Brisket. My Bad, Dave's has converted me.Well it is Valentines today, and the family is in Alabama so my Beautiful Bride and our Wunderkind called to tell me to get my favorite meal. (Used to be Sushi).Came down immediately and picked up the Double Brisket with an extra order of meat.Will be back

First time customer and last time customer....I expected better based on other reviews, won't make that mistake again...Food was not worth the price... sorry just being honest
This would be a great location for a barbecue restaurant. I ordered the brisket and was horribly disappointed. It was so tough I couldn’t eat it. I expect a barbecue restaurant to do brisket reasonably well. Not here What’s more the brisket was covered in barbecue sauce. What are they trying to hid. Sauce should enhance barbecue, not cover it up. They did provide me something else. I expected part of my meal comped because it was a bad experience. That was not the case
If you're craving BBQ and Lucille's is busy this place is definitely another choice... only thing I can pushback on is the price at this spot is a little more costly. Food does taate great and the quality of food and quantity of food is also great. Definitely recommend a family feast!
