I got the 3 meat combo with brisket, pork ribs and turkey breast. The brisket was so tender, the meat on the pork ribs was so juicy and so was the turkey breast. I have had Rudy's BBQ in New Mexico and that has nothing to compared with Elmer and Jasper's. Without a doubt, the meats at Elmer and Jasper's are more tender, flavorful and juicer. One must try this.
For the cost, the amount of food is too little. The meat tasted a bit dry.My mom had brisket and the cut was just all fat.
I had the brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese and the wife had potato salad and beans. The brisket was thick cut and really dry, ribs were good, potato salad seemed like it was brought somewhere and served, beans were sub average, Mac and cheese was dry. The sauce was good. Not a repeat for me!
I tried this while on a work trip. It is located in a food court at a shopping center. I thought it would be a restaurant, but that was OK. I ordered the rib tips combo, the menu said they would "melt in your mouth". The seasoning and sauce tasted good but the meat was tough as shoe leather and had a lot of gristle. The beans were really good, but the coleslaw tasted like it didn't have any dressing on it, just like plain cabbage. My co-worker had a brisket sandwich which he said was good. Other choices might be good, but I recommend avoiding the rib tips.

So good. It’s hard to find bbq better then I can make at home but this place is great. Everything we had was good. The ribs were perfect. The chicken was smoked perfectly with a slight crispy skin and the brisket was the perfect mix of bark to meat. Very good. The Mac and cheese was also great. We will be coming back for sure.
Food was good. Got the brisket combo. Chose mac n cheese and potato salad as sides.Came out to $23 ish. Brisket and potato salad were great ? that fatty tender brisket melts in your mouth. And bbq sauce helps w the leaner drier parts.Mac n cheese was dry and clumped.Love the pickle and onion sides cuz u need some tangy zest to balance the oily savory meats and sides.The man at the cashier was impatient when I was deciding what to get and there was no line.
Food is really good don't get me wrong. But still can't justify the price for what you get. The price is extremely high. Might as well go to Lucille's for the price. 30 for a 3 meat plate. You can get 3 gigantic beef ribs and 2 sides for the same price and you get to sit down and have a waiter/waitress serve you. I would pay 25 max for this. I would like to come again but the prices are extremely scary. On the 3 meat plate, I got 1 slice of brisket and 4 bones of pork ribs. Disappointing to say the least
Stopped here at Haven city in Rancho Cucamonga for some delicious Southern Comfort BBQ. And man was I pleasantly surprised with mouth watering ribs, sausages, potato salad and greens. These folks know how to do ribs right. Full flavored and delicious. Please do yourselves a favor and stop in and enjoy. Tell them I sent you.
