I was very sad to find out that El Pollo loco on foothill and campus in upland caught fire a few nights back. I like El Pollo loco their chicken is amazing always very fresh and very tasty. I hope they will be reopening very soon.
I give this place 0 stars. The new Biria Tacos with Consome are A Joke. AND AN EXPENSIVE Joke at that. Rip off 4 real.Don't buy those you will dislike the way you feel the moment u open up the box and see two weightless taco shells .. it snowballs from that moment on. Stuff inside and Consome tasteless. Comercial tricks you .0 stars just for ripping me off.
I go to Pollo Loco about 3 times a week excellent place to have my lunch the staff is very nice and friendly
Must be going through some cut backs, these portions are just unacceptable. Chicken was cooked to perfection, but sides leave alot to be desired. Campus location I go where they also don't charge for creamy cilantro.
Sunday 3/20/23 I bought 3 double chicken salad and they were spicy and the corn was missing. I have bought that before in another place and they have never given me spicy salad. I am very sensitive to spicy and it made me sneeze and burned my mouth. I had a surgery that’s why I’m trying to eat healthy and this happened. Spicy or salsas should be on the side.
Been here at this place plenty of times,,,,The chicken is always cooked perfectly.
