I was looking forward a great food n taste as advertised of the birria taco...but once are it ..It taste fishy....I ended up breakdown the whole taste what's wrong ..and found out the fishy taste was the spoiled cilantro...Yek...I will pass this food not worthy.
We had the New Birria tacos and Birria quesadilla. Both were good, especially for a fastfood restaurant. Very polite crew and clean inside.
I want to make sure people know that this is the absolute worst el pollo loco in the IE!!! I have given them many chances and every time they mess up my order. The drive thru always has a very long wait, that would be ok if the food was fresh, but the quality sucks! One time I order a 12 piece of chicken and every piece was hard and over cooked when I called to complain no one answered the phone. Just horrible service, please don’t waste your time or money here. I’m done giving this place chances ?
food is always hot, restaraunt at times can be a little busy, but always has legs/wings, which makes it worth the wait.

Classic Chicken Burrito ???? (w/o beans) is absolutely my go-to for something delicious, closeby && affordable. Trust me, El Pollo Loco is all of those things, I had no idea until recently; I always assumed that it'd be a bit more expensive given the quality of the chicken in general, but I was pleasantly surprised to feed my teenage daughter (&& don't let her size and cute face trick you-- that girl can EAT!) and myself, with drinks and chips n everything for both of us- $10 + I always end up full and satisfied before fully finishing, so my dog even gets a super bomb snack out of it too. I'm definitely hooked for good now, so I guess I'll see ya'll there! ??♀️✌️

Every time I go to this location it’s a horrible experience. Food order be wrong, workers are rude. Very very poor attitude when asked for creamy cilantro, I ever. Offered to pay for the sauce and was rudely told no.. I can’t wait until another location is built in my area. I’m done, I’ve given this location too many chances
found a green shield bug in my pollo bowl after I already chewed on it. nasty
Over priced for decent food. The better choices are Chik-Fil-a for the chicken, Farmer Boys for the burrito, and and taco place for all of the above. It should not cost $58 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids at a fast food place, and not feel satisfied. Wasn't all that tasty either. Disappointed every time I go to El Pollo Loco.
