We showed up kinda late, but we welcomed then escorted to a table. Chips and salsa were placed at our table followed by our beverage order. Studied the menu and put our order in. Next thing we know, our delicious food arrived. This was a wow visit.
Nice place. Decorated very cute. Food tasted great. Complementary chips and salsa was great. I love that they had street ? . They were missing a couple flavors for the margarita ?but that’s okay. Overall nice place!
Don't order pickup from DoorDash this restaurant made me bring up my banking details to show them I paid, they refused to believe I paid unless I did that.Although I first showed them my receipt from the app, they would not accept that as proof and then I showed them that you can't order through doordash without paying and still refused to believe me. That is when they asked for my online banking statement that showed I payed.Then once they believed me I had wait 10 more minutes because they had not seen that I had added meat to the order, so I had to wait for them to cook itI have never had any restaurant i ordered from through doordash do this. It was a horrible experience and extremely unethical
SPOILED AND ROTTEN FOOD!!! I called this restaurant since the food my husband ordered smelled and tasted spoiled, rotten...the fish ceviche was slimy... the tostadas tasted old and hard to bite. The woman who answered me was so rude and disrespectful and raising her voice at me. I asked to speak with a manager and she there isn't one....then when I said she is giving me bad service, she said she wasn't providing me a service...and at this point t I'm more upset, I did tell her she is definitely not giving me great customer service. She got upset...I told her she was being rude and that I wanted to speak with someone else...she said no and that everyone was busy ...i asked for her name she didnt want to give me her name...then she hung up on me...so I called back several times and she wouldn't answer me.....after calling and calling a guy answered me and I explained that the food was spoiled and he said to call back tomorrow when a manager was there because they are super busy...and I explained that I had a bad conversation with another woman that answered and was really rude and disrespectful, he said I don't know who she is, and to call back tomorrow and speak with a manager...I asked for his name and he didn't want to answer me...and said I'm very busy I'm going to hung up....After this incident I told my husband what happened and he said they were rude to him too and left him on the line for over 25 mins...and when he arrived to order the food at the restaurant the phone was literally hanging and and hostess was no where to be found...
Would have given it 5 stars but our waiter wasn't very good. The food is always good. Hopefully next time we go he has a better attitude.
Just ordered food from here ! We are used to love this place this is the first time in order to go and it was the worst food ever. Forgot some of are food ,husband had to go back for it. We should have just left it there. I know times are hard right now but to pay for food That isn’t suitable for anybody crazy never go back there again.
Food was ok. This was the second time I've dine in, first time no handmade tortillas second time yes but I had to ask. Service was ok but I've asked for salt and a bottled coke didn't get any. Had to ask for napkins. I really want to like this place but service needs to get better. Chips and salsa server was on point
I get the Chile Verde dinner when I go here. It is a little spicy. So you may not want to try this if can't handle spicy food.
I believe that this place is the best Mexican food around here, I have been in most local restaurants. The only thing is the music. ☺️ Not sure about the music.
Service was very good!Margaritas were delicious ! There was 14 in our group and everybody enjoyed it.
