Never had a problem with Duncan coffee before it was my favorite coffee to get every weekend morning. I ordered coffee from this particular one and another in Montclair the next week and it messed me up bad both times. I haven't gotten coffee here for awhile until recently, I wanted to give it another try and I was fine this time. So I figured that they used whole milk instead of creamer like half and half. So make sure if you're lactose intolerant in any way that you make sure to ask for half and half or almond milk or whatever you like, they might just put whole milk in it if your not specific.
Very polite, good service. Best donuts around, just wish they went back to their original glazed donuts.
I've been going here every morning for my coffee since they've opened this location. Staff is just the best and they make my coffee taste so good every time.
I went to this location just this morning to get some snackin bacon it’s my favorite item. When I got there I saw a paper on the drive thru of what they were out of or low on and the bacon was NOT one of them. I proceeded to order and they told me they were all out. I said it was a little early for that and I got a rude reply of how it’s a breakfast item and they have to wait 45 min for it to cool down. The snackin bacon is not listed as a breakfast item on the menu it’s considered a snack. So your telling me your going to be out of bacon for the rest of the day when you close at 9PM. I can understand if it were due to supply shortages or on their list but it was not. The employees here also think of their customers as an inconvenience and are very rude to customers. This is not the first time I have witnessed them be rude or have had rude interactions with them. They need to train staff better and make changes to the menu as needed. I really hope they get it together because I like to frequent this location but not if I’m going to be met with bad customer service every time.
This was my first time trying Dunkin' Donuts and it was pretty disappointing. All the food I had ordered smelled like dirty oven and both croissants / hash brown had burnt debris all over the food that caused such a nasty taste to it. I'm pretty sure the people making the food see how burnt and nasty it looks or smells but they still chose to give the food that way. It's just gross. I hope not all locations are like this because I rather get Starbucks or something else than to constantly get nasty food service like this..The only thing that was good was the ice coffee, if I'm honest. But I did appreciate the help I received from the cashier who helped me get my refund back for the food. Everyone else just seemed to hate their job.
I asked for easy ice then when the lady gave it too me I told her there was too much ice and she said no that’s easy ice :/ it’s not but… ok? I asked for Splenda as well in my coffee and didn’t get any I come here a lot and they always mess up one thing. The lady could have just took some ice out and gave me more coffee I wasn’t even rude about it lol I work in customer service but this place has the worst service
My first time there 12/20/2021 first I'm going to say I love Dunkin’ Donuts❤️☺️ but I also love friendly customer service this place doesn't have it! Please teach Your staff the etiquette of customer service
Very busy location on weekends, they seem like they could use a better system/procedures if announcing and organizing orders that come out. Lots of orders are announced quietly but then some loud so it's easy to miss. They also place lots of the orders with the numbers facing towards the kitchen and it's awkward going up rotating all the cups to see the numbers. Staff is working hard but seems like they need more support and resources
