I came to dine in yesterday evening and the lady was extremely rude. I wish I didn’t even tip her because she kept giving attitude when I was asking for simple things like to go boxes and some utensils for our leftovers. During our stay I can hear her giving attitude to other costumers as well and being very snarky with people. I’m a server myself at a restaurant way more busier and I have never given attitude for no reason. To top it off the food was okay, it was nothing special but for the price and reviews I was expecting more. Looking on Yelp i see a bunch of reviews from other people about how horrible their customer service experience was so that is definitely going to make this place loose a lot of business if they don’t fix their attitudes.
Rude waitress. All 3 of us were just wanting to eat. The lady kept staring at us as if we were about to steal or something. She then asked for a tip he said no then she said next time take it to go. So rude and disrespectful. You never ask for a tip and never say go take it to go. We eat at the restaurant if we want it's our right. They felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against. Horrible experience never again. Food was good tho but awful people. Don't work in the food industry if you do not know how to treat customers fairly.
Amazing!!!! Absolutely worth the cost as it is all made from scratch. Our total bill before tip was $75 but we ordered enough food for 5 people. Flavorful but not salty or over seasoned. They used actual szechuan peppercorn in the Deep Fried Szechuan Chicken Nuggets which is medium spicy but has an interestingly light numbing affect. Everything down to the incredible loose leaf jasmine tea was delicious and we can't wait to try more things when we return. Best dumplings we've had in Ontario, CA
Get the Xia long bao/pork dumplings. They're on par with places where you wait an hour+, but here you can order and have it at home within twenty minutes. It's still pandemic right now so they're only doing takeout. But service is very kind and quick. The spicy shredded potato salad is great as well
Has ALL of our favorites! My husband was commenting how most places either have sesame balls or pork buns, but this place has both! The buns and shrimp are huge, as you can see in the picture. The shrimp fried rice was really good too. It was a little pricey, but definitely worth what we paid. They are only doing take out right now because of COVID, but it was definitely worth the wait!
It took half and hour from the time it said the order would be ready online ( 1 hour after order was placed)! I understand they're busy, but if they were going to take that long, I would have expected quality food! Food was burnt and noodles of the chow mein were clumped and sticking together and some parts were hard!
