I have had bad experiences at this store before but got free coupons from corporate to make up for the bad service and food. After arriving there I was told they did not honor free coupons from corporate and also did not honor the Dickey's specials which I get online everyday in my feed. Finally the manager via text told the one person working there to "honor the coupons this time" so my friend and I got a BBQ pork "sandwich", for they do not have BBQ chicken. Only BBQ pork. Got the sandwich which was tasteless pork with a pepper rub with no sauce on it. There was no tomato, or lettuce or anything else. The meat tasted old and was full of pieces of fat. The worker did not have gloves on while handling the food. The owner of this store does not have a clue on how to operate a store. My friends and I will avoid this place at all cost.
Not as good as previous visit. SMALLER portions and did not have same flavor. New BBQ option when in RC?!?!?
I love Dickeys, but this place is terrible. The Ribs are so small, the baked potatoes casserole tasted nasty! All of the food pretty much was awful! Don't waste your money!
Brisket, pork, and spicy cheddar sausage is an unbeatable combination! Obviously can’t go wrong with the baked potato casserole and some bbq beans but I do love their potato salad too! It’s so hard to decide what to eat because everything is so good! One of my favorite places to eat :)
Brisket is so undercooked not enjoyable at all. Happened more then once… just awful

I am staying in a hotel on business and eat out every meal. I love Dickeys BBQ. But, I can not recommend this one. I ordered the two meat plate w two sides. Moist beef and reg sausage. Beef was so dried out. (Pics) Sauce heater was not working and more. Dickeys corporate needs a brand standards and quality department. This store would not pass.
The service was the only great thing about this visit. Nothing here works! The fryer was down and the ice cream is broken every time I've came in the past. The drink machine needs to be cleaned or serviced because my soda had small pieces floating in it. The overall cleanliness of this establishment is lacking. The food was okay but not to the quality that I'm use to from Dickeys. I feel like this place is on its last leg and needs someone to take it out back and put it down.
Good food service kills it all
It's not barbecue!! Got my order wrong. I got a meal that came with two sides, I also ordered a side of that potato thingy ma jig. I only got a med side of baked beans. "Smoke" was minuscule, barely detectable. I've had better pot roasts than that "brisket" the chuck roast they tried to pass as a brisket was absolutely horrendous. Dry, flavorless, no crust no smoke. Pitiful. Beans are almost identical to bush's baked beans from the can.
