Went to this location to celebrate my parents anniversary. The general experience was OK. The drop in quality and themed ambience was very noticeable with the removal of many of the themed fixtures and reduction of once loved items on the menu. One of the noticeable issue was the removed ceiling lamps with the bases still in place and a TV on a rolling stand with exposed wiring wrapped around the frame, Not a great first impression. All the staff were kind and courteous although some had a choice of wording inconsistent of good customer service. Our waiter did seem a bit stressed as we was handling customers near the front of the dining room and we were put in the back. Most of the food was good except for the new apricot glazed grilled chicken dish. while the chicken was very good with the glaze, the rice that was underneath was partially undercooked in some places, as if the bowl was sitting up there for some time. The sauce on the bottom of the Broccoli caused some mild reaction to my throat. next time Iâll stick with a form of sandwich.
My family and I loved the food and the drinks. Service was a little slow but our waitress made up for it with the service she provided when she made her rounds to our table. Great place to enjoy.
Hair fried into Calamari.
Good did not taste good at all. You donât get bread with your meal anymore. So we ordered bread which left a nasty after taste in your mouth. The ranch dressing was like water. They didnât have coffee only decaf and that came to us cold. We did tell the waiter so he brought us a new one. yes it was hot but burnt tasting. Would I go back? NO to many good steakhouses out there thatâs way better!!!
Met up with family we hadnât seen in a long time! Service was excellent! Food was excellent. Reservations were appreciated and timely. Very happy with our dining experience!
From the moment we entered, we felt like valued guests. The hostess made sure we sat at the time of our reservation. The server, Michelle, was super attentive to our needs and she made sure we felt satisfied. She even encouraged to save $10 on our meal and that was certainly kind and professional of her. My wife and I will definitely return.
Reservation not ready, walk in customers got sat before reservation.
We stopped in for dinner and everything was great. So glad the salad bar is open again, I missed that very much. The food was great, the drinks were good and our server Victoria was awesome.
We were pleasantly greeted and told we would need to wait for a table. The lobby was full and more people were coming in. After 10 minutes we were seated and greeted my our waiter. He was very nice. Our table was for 2 which was ok, but the light on the wall was bothering my eyes and could not be turned off. I ended up putting a card on top of a water glass to block it. Also one of the ceiling lights was was glaring into my eyes which just added to the misery. Reading the menu, there is on the bottom a blurb that states â a 3% fee will be added to each checkâ I was taken aback, and honestly would have left but was hungry. Our order was taken and delivered in an acceptable manner of time. We had the potato skins to start which were good, Our main course took longer than I would have wished for. my chicken strips were moist and the fries were fine. My dinner partner ordered the chicken steak which came with mashed potatoes and veggies. Unfortunately most of those were zucchini which was not a favorite so only had a few carrots. Would I go again to this restaurant. Emphatically no. The prices were high for the amount of food and on top of that the 3% made it worse.
We thought they had brunch but it was just lunch. We arrived soon as they opened and service was great. I would go back. Only thing, I wish the salad bar would be discounted if you order a meal.
