Employee Carlos who was working June 10th morning shift was extremely rude. He told us our order would take 30 minutes to be ready, but said he would give us one item that would get cold as we waited in the car 30 minutes. Long story short Miss Ashely also an employee was very understanding of our situation and kind. She definitely represents chick fil a well... Always with a smile and respectful. She got our food out quickly. Thank you Ashely for making our day.
I saw the manager working with his employees at this location. Hate to call him out by saying he’s a middle aged African American man. He was the best manager. Calm and helpful to his employees. I just thought it should be commented on. I mean not everyone is a good manager. But a good manager makes a great team. Most the people that work here a pretty young he’s teaching these young people how to have good customer service in a positive way. Good job ? it
Service was great ! Ordered online thought it was curbside but wasn’t . My fault . Had to get down with my three kiddos under 4 . Manager helped me with my food to the car. Very generous , over and beyond . Meant so much !
Chick-fil-A stands supreme in the chicken sandwich wars of the 2020's. The others are good, but this is the best. The staff here is fantastic, super friendly, and all around awesome. Great place to go for a great chicken sandwich!
Food is great, but waiting time its too long. If they do not have enough employees, they need to close the online orders. It says 20 minutes, but real time is 1 hour. On Thursday, no weekends
Every time I go there I need to give them a white or a black name in order to get my food as intended. There always missing something from my order. . the fries as just crums and always forgetting something. I never thought that a name could make a difference I this place.

We went to the Chick fil-A in Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill Blvd. Great food. However, the drive thru line was extremely long. Luckily, we were able to go inside and order our food. Not so bad!!!
I wasn’t having the best day, so I went to chick fil a for a quick bite. The chick fil a sauce was as always incredible and I was using 8 packets of the small squares and a gentleman (who I think is the manager of the store) came out and offered me a bottle of the sauce after seeing me struggling. It was a small act of kindness but that made my day. Thanks to the management of this branch and thank you for such a great experience. It made my day!
Yes the lines can be long. But the service is great. Workers are respectful, polite, and on task.The chic fil a sauce, my personal favorite. If you visit, you must give it a try. You never know you may like it as much as I do.
