This place was great. We had a new server named Riley who was awesome. The California Club Pizza is awesome. The Avocado, bacon, mayo is a must try in my opinion.I love the kid friendly options. Its great to sit and enjoy a great atmosphere here. Hopefully they don't change too much on the future. With the way things are going nowadays, who knows!I come for pizza and service. Which is here. The food is always good .But because I usually always go by myself, they ask me if I want to sit at the bar . I always get the worst service at the bar and this time was no different. I had to ask for everything, can I please have some bread ,can you please refill my drink. I understand that the Bartenders are busy making drinks for the entire restaurant. But I still expect to be treated as if I sat at a table so that will be my last time at the bar .Food 5 stars ?Service 1 ?
Enjoyed the Carne Asada pizza and a side of the salsa Verde sauce. Cobb salad was colorful and yummy. The kids chicken tenders meal has me dreaming and craving an adult size crispy breaded tenders meal. Wish they had that as an appetizer. I'm going to request it next time I go back.
Went in and reserved seating for a party of 8. They said it would be a two hour wait. We come back and they tell us they don’t have our reservation. I said I put one in and the manager said she was there the past two hours and didn’t see us come in and we didn’t have a reservation. I said I made one I don’t know how you guys lost it. She said well I can’t find it. I said okay can you check the cameras then? She said it isn’t serious enough for that. I said really we have been walking around the past two hours with four small kids waiting to get the call to eat dinner but she didn’t care at all. I said there isn’t anyway we could be seated next? She said no it’s a two hour wait. The manager was rude the whole time and implying I was lying. I said lady why would I lie just check the cameras. The general manager came out and was even worse. I’ve never had this bad of service in my life and everyone around us couldn’t understand why they were being so rude to us either. Someone in my party asked if they could get cash for their gift card since they won’t seat us and the general manager said leave or I’ll call security I’m done dealing with this. We couldn’t believe it! Worst service I’ve ever had! We were treated so horribly, everyone one sitting was shocked and couldn’t believe how they were treating us. We will never step into a California pizza kitchen again.
Had worse customer service ever . Be aware when making reservations. Double, triple check they wrote your name down.Walked around for 2 hours with my hungry kids to come back and for them to say “don’t see your name on the list. When I tell you their customer service is horrible. It’s quite an understatement. It’s more non existent. The manager was so rude immediately said “I’ve been here two hours never seen you guys.” Which was beyond rude considering she wasn’t running the reservation booth. Pretty much assuming or stating we were lying. We asked if they could at least review cameras to see that we did indeed come in and make reservations. Completely did not want to help us out at all. They were flat out rude. People sitting and waiting were completely shocked and floored at the way they treated us. I’m telling you, my family and I will never ever step inside a California pizza kitchen again. First and very last time we ever try to eat somewhere like this. Mind blown is really all I could walk away with. I couldn’t believe how rude and nasty they treated us.
Extremely disappointed in staffs customer service and behaviors. My family was disrespected by managers Nathalie Larpin and Cory (no last name refused to give it to us). This restaurant has a very poor reservation system and with an overturn of staff confusion does happen and instead of helping and fixing their mistakes they accused my family of lying. After we have waited two hrs to be seated, we were told that our name wasn’t written down and that we would have to give our name and number again and wait another hour and a half to be seated. The woman said that she didn’t see us there two hours earlier and that she had been there, and we said well check the camera and you’ll see we were here. Instead she brought up her manager(Natalie) who came out hostile to begin with and asked us what the problem was. We explained that we drove two hours to get there, and waited another two after making a registration, just to be told that we weren’t on the list and that we’d have to come back later. I asked if they could check the camera and the manager said it wasn’t something important enough to look at the camera for. We said it’s not fair to make the kids wait another two hours for their mistake, and that we just wanna use our gift cards and if you’re not gonna seat us for our time we scheduled if we can just exchange our gift cards and get money back. The manager than said I’m not gonna deal with you guys today so you need to leave or I’ll call security. I said that’s fine, what’s the number to corporate so I can call them. She said I don’t have it and if you want it, look it up online. I asked for a business card or anything and she said I’m not giving you the number and if you don’t leave I’ll call security. I said fine, what’s your name, and she said Nathalie, and I said what’s your last name and she said it’s on my shirt, what, you can’t read? I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and we will never, ever try to eat here again. This place is a nightmare, avoid it at all costs.

Overall a good experience. Good selection of pizzas and crust style. Got the famous BBQ Chicken Pizza but it was over cooked and we sent it back. We ordered the Sante Fe Chicken Pizza which was my fav. Didn't think sour cream and avacado on a pizza went but was pleasantly surprised. Sicilian was 2nd favorite with a thin New Haven style crust. Almost St Louis style cracker crust. I mainly posted 4 stars because chains restaurants are great, but food is rarely never prepared with love and attention.
Came here for dinner without a reservation. They serve good pizzas and pasta. Beware of long waits.Family friendly place i saw many families. Was seated at high tables and waited 5 min before getting any water and 15 minutes before we got table bread.The place was busy and servers were probably overwhelmed but I saw two just chatting in a corner. I enjoyed the food but the service made me not want to return.
