New Foodie alert! This was one of the best Mexican restaurant experiences in awhile. Food is farm to table and FRESH. Yes, I said Fresh. Five SMILE ?#TEAMSMILEY
The food was excellent! I had never been here before, but was pleasantly surprised.
Terrible customer service. I arrived and stood ready to order for about 5 minutes. Two workers were busy preparing other orders but never took the time to greet me, to let me know they would be with me shortly, nothing. I finally asked if I was in the right place to order and the girl with really short hair just said "Yes" but not with a customer service tone and without even looking up at me. I waited another 5 minutes before being able to just order a drink. I would have walked out but I walked from the hotel across the street and was very thirsty and other places were going to be closing soon. I wouldn't have minded waiting...but I wish there would have been even some mediocre level of customer service or greeting. I honestly felt like a ghost. She had plenty of time to converse with her coworker about non-work related topics so she certainly had time to acknowledge me for even just a second.
I LOVE Cafe Rio, but can't believe that there was going to be a 30 minute wait for food today?! And only 2 employees working on a weekend? C'mon guys....you're going to lose business this way, and quickly. Went on to eat something else...
My favorite dish was chicken and steak grilled tacos; but they also have salads, regular and wet burritos and I have liked them all. Also the salsa have good flavor

We enjoy coming here, drink bar is a nice perk, a little understaffed or I'd would have given five.
Not Chipotle but this establishment has learned from the best. Good food, great portions. The Fresh tortillas are a winner!
If I could put zero I came in today February 19 at 3pm I came in asked for an online order and one girl gave me the cup for my order when I filled it I wanted the rest of my order and the girl that was helping was going on break and said “ They where making my order or idk ask him” the guy at the cashier totally ignored me , I was waiting for another girl to help me and she helped her co worker get lunch instead when I’ve been waiting. The guy at the cashier goes behind me and puts my order behind me not even looking at me. I wasn’t rude to start with I don’t understand the costumer service or if they care for costumers at that but honestly wouldn’t recommend
Very good Fast Fresh Mexican Food. The niño quesadillas are free with item bought and are really good?. Friendly service.
