I only got fries and a drink and... meh. Fries were dry and mediocre, not to mention it was a small amount and the cup of ranch that came with it was too little as well. The plastic cups the drinks came in were super flimsy and it was kinda hard to hold the drink. Even the counters where they take your order had this weird decor on the front that just doesn't look good. The service was really good though; the girl who took our order was nice and patient with my grandfather while he ordered! :)

We just recently catered our Super Bowl party with BurgerIM and it was perfect! The food is amazing and we always get compliments on the variety and taste. Even though they were busy, they still got the order done on time and I couldn't have asked for more. The owner is always gracious and the staff handles their customers with class. We will definitely be back when we have another event ?
Came here thinking it was a basic hamburger spot but I was so impressed with the taste of the Angus Burger. It was absolutely delicious!! My favorite hamburger spot has always been In-n-out but BURGER IM is now up there with them.Delicious burgers, give it a try and you won’t regret it.Fries are perfect too! I’ll definitely be coming back

I came here to Haven City with my family. we do pretty often, about 2 or 3 times a month. Burger Rim is my niece + nephew's favorite. I appreciate that they have a gluten free option. my nephew can't eat gluten. Anyways we got him 2 of the gluten free bun cheeseburgers. I don't think it looks appealing. He ate one and said the bun was too filling. I don't know if he liked it very much. besides the food, they have good service. the staff is very polite. I appreciate them.

Best burger place EVER! The food is great. Perfect every time. The atmosphere at Haven City ROCKS! But the best part about the place??? The employees! Natalie and Marcel are so kind, inviting and friendly! You’ll want to go back not just for the food -which I ???- but also because you’ll want to see them! Their friendly faces and warm smiles will bring you back time after time!!!
