COUNT YOUR WINGS , they will give you 20 wings and saying it’s 30 try to scam customer , when we ask the server to count , they keep saying it’s 24. Wow , we waited 2 hours here and that’s what we get ? And the server has a bad bad attitude with a face when we say its the wrong count. Just don’t come to this place, go to other restaurants instead.
We need the option for 0 stars. This has been my worst experience at any restaurant I've ever visited. We arrived at 8:30, they said it would take 50 min to be seated. Ok, that's understandable. But what I find unacceptable is the fact that we sat there for over an hour before our food was brought out. The place seemed to be understaffed. Half of the restaurant was empty and plenty of guest waiting for a table. How do you allow your store Manager to operate your business in this manor. As a business prospective, you are losing money buy having the restaurant half empty. Learn to staff your restaurant accordingly. Your restaurant should never be half empty because you lack staff. Everyone waited over and hour to get seated and then another hour to get their food. Not acceptable at all. Poor management skills. The manager was not visible all night. If you are under staffed, I expect to see the manager on the floor. Now to my food. We ordered appetizers and drinks and our main course meals too. Drinks came first. Then an hour went buy and the server started bringing out our food. Food was cold and not complete. Our food came out before the appetizers and no fries. As we finished our cold food, I decided to cancel the appetizers. Its is pointless to attempt to bring something out after the fact we were ready to leave. By this time, it was 11pm. We were never asked if we needed refills, we had to stop our server and ask for them. Partial refills made it to the table, not all. We had to also ask for dipping sauce for our wings. I am very disappointed at the fact the service was bad. There was a lady working the front who came by and "cleaned" 2 booth's next to us. Clean!? She moved all the dirty dishes from one and piled them on the other table. She was lazy to clean up the tables and allow other guest to sit there. If that is not her job description, you need to teach them it is. It was horrible that my family and I had to sit there and see her pile all the dirty dishes on to the booth next to us. I will never ever visit this location again.
This location is very understaffed. They just can't meet the customer traffic demand. Our order took almost 40 minutes and arrived cold - not kinda warm ... cold. You could see the stress on the faces of the servers. This was definitely not the Buffalo Wild Wings we're used to seeing.
The wings were good I had no problem with those. The macaroni and cheese I bought for my daughter was dry as the desert and had them bring out a new one. It took a long time to get our order but after speaking to the server I understand that they're short staffed like most places it seems. Our server was courteous and very friendly.
Order Buffalo wings and they were extremely dried out. Not woth the price if it's over cooked. Will not go again
This place has a terrible service. Whenever you order the food from here there are always missing items and it not cooked properly. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO This PLACE ????

If I could leave a zero stars I would . I waited to be seated which is fine no issue there . Once we were seated our server didn’t come quick which was fine until she came by saying I’ll be right back and we waited over 35 minutes without any service and our waitress just kept passing by us . We got up to go let someone know if we could at least get our drinks order taken and they said they would let someone know another 20 minutes and nothing still. We got up and left and as we waited at the front for the front person our waitress just walked past where we were sitting and she just looked at us at the front and turned around to continue helping other tables .
Excellent food. The people there are so nice and accommodating. Had the chicken wrap. Delightful. Definitely going back and taking some friends with me. Try it you'll like it.
It was a terrible time we get there at 730 they say wait is 30 min we sat there 1hr and 40 min till finally get seated when there was soo many tables available than the waitress forgot napkins an got confused on our order. It is so unorganized there as they should at least seat people and serve them drinks instead of waiting almost 2 hours. Than they charged my card 2 times the amount of the bill now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get that half back it's just plain ridiculous they need NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
