Nice and refreshing. This was our 1st time here, the drinks were pretty good, more of a tea flavor over all. Love the popping Boba. Some of them have a milky flavor. We really enjoyed the customer service. Very kind and pleasant worker.
WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. My mom and I both wanted a boba, we heard good reviews about Boba Planet so we decided to get drinks from there. I was sent in with $15, expecting that there would be change handed back. Instead of receiving change, I had to walk back out to the car for more money because $15 wasn’t enough. I ordered the most simple drinks you could think of-milk tea bobas. I ordered two milk tea bobas and this turned out to be more than $15. You could go anywhere else and get 4 drinks for the price of two here. Once the employee was making the drinks, I look to the back and I see her adding barely any boba to the drinks. I mean, wouldn’t you expect lots of boba for that price?! After waiting 10-15 minutes to make two drinks, they were finally ready. Overall, the boba was old and not fresh, the milk tea was way too sugary, and the price was ridiculous. In my opinion, go somewhere else where your money is worth spending. I will not be back!! :(
This place used to be well priced and orders where never so off. They continously go through people and not sure if management just doesn't treat their employees well so people leave but every time I have gone they continue to get worse and prices are outrageous. Definitely wouldn't go back and waste time and money.
My drink always yum..taste the same with soy instead of milk
Pros: Excellent menu choices and delicious drinks. Cons: a little overpriced, no posted prices and lukewarm customer service.

My Boba Tai Tea was not even satisfying. I paid $7.43? for this one size. It wasn’t worth that at all!1. It was blah…no taste like any other tai tea if had in the past 2 years.2. The boboas were the smallest if ever had in a Bono’s drink! They were like “minis.” Too many came up my normal sized straw when drinking with again, no taste as the usual anywhere else.3. This was the MOST expensive boboa drink I’ve ever bought! I get a large $5.65 at the small kiosk at my work and it was 4oz larger than this place! Also, excellent ?.4. The place at Haven City I would recommend going instead. Wonderful, yummy and cheaper! Much worth it. Will not be returning. The owner sat in the cafe while his “barista “ was taking all the orders and making the drinks. If I was an owner and “present ,”. I would be involved in the customer service! I would want people to enjoy my drinks and return with others! You missed it.
Honestly their coconut boba large is like heaven. Drink it and you will feel like you can conquer the world.
