Food and dessert were excellent. Prime Rib and Rib Eye steaks were cooked perfectly. Brownie Pizookie was delicious. Our server Gabrielle was awesome. She was friendly and informative. She accommodated all of our needs. She was funny and attentive. The restaurants vibe was on point, from the staff, to the food and drinks. We will definitely be back again.
Absolutely terrible dining experience. They deserve 0 stars. We couldn’t understand our waiter and whenever we tried to address a concern, he’s walk away in the middle of us talking. This happened multiple times. All of our food took forever to come out and was cold or raw. The meatballs were soggy, the macaroni was Kraft, the shrimp was barely cooked. Beyond disappointed in this “dining experience.” How the heck do you mess up SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS! This restaurant needs to retrain ALL of its staff. Considering sending this complaint up to corporate level.

This restaurant needs to retrain ALL of its staff—even the bar staff. A waitress for the table next to us was encouraging the table to make rude comments to us about our complaint. I’ve sent this complaint up to the corporate level because there’s too much to even list here.
Tonight was my first time ever at a BJ's restaurant. My partner and I had such a great time at the Rancho Location. Our server Hector was absolutely amazing. He achieved that perfect balance of checking in with us without bothering us to frequently. He was very honest with us about the food which was extremely appreciated. He kept on top of our drinks and was just genuinely amazing. The food was good but even if I had hated it I would come back just for Hectors service. The best I've had in years. Whatever he is making he deserves a raise.
Pretty solid eating establishment. They have decent deep dish pizzas and their Pizookies are good. Bar is friendly.
Spinach dip BLAND.Steak never came , when it finally came it was cooked wrong with the wrong sides.Pizza BLAND.Nachos a JOKE.WORST experience EVEEY and way to overpriced for what I got. SO DISGUSTED WITH THE FOOD AND SERVICE
If your looking for a chain restaurant with some personality, BJs fits the bill. It's either a snazzy microbrewery or a bar and grill that makes it's own beer. I enjoy it whenever I come in.
So I do love this place, but I left my phone earlier today and realized when I got back to my office. I called and asked if they found it and I was told NO. I immediately drove back and asked again to see if they can find it. The Manager said NO we were unable to find it. Server to Busser did not find it. I asked them to call my number - "I know it's here" The Manager came out and said Oh, the Busser just found it! Wow!! They need more honest employees. This is just not right. For that reason I am giving them a One Star...
Okay, where to start?! Food was good, but the service was really bad, and the music was way too loud. I probably saw 2 waitresses working there for the entire 2 hours we were having lunch and that was it. There was a guy sitting behind us that was waiting for his check for almost 20 minutes. The waitress kept forgetting things and just disappeared after we asked for something. It was a nice restaurant, but just a bad experience.Moving on to the food, it was cold. There were 7 at my table and every meal was cold! The asparagus I ordered was not cooked fully and had no flavor to it with my meal of cherry glazed salmon and couscous. Hopefully if anyone else goes here, they have a better experience, but mine was not enjoyable.
