We love the quality and have been fans for 20+ years, Quality is still great. We went to this store vs our normal one in Chino and the service was disappointing. The lady behind the counter seemed to have no patience and almost upset when we asked for extra frosting on our roll cake. We bought this cake for our 30th anniversary... tradition... she couldn't even put our names in it.. It must be the COVID blues...
I've been coming to this location for a while but lately the Asian lady that owns it is just very rude has no customer service skills, I think she has some anger issues! I would just love to slap her right in the face!
