TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE NEVER CAME BACK! THE OWNER IS RUDE HAS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER Patronize this place again. My first experience i waited 5min as i was the only person in the store, watching the staff have a team meeting with the owner no one acknowledged me or helped me until they finished their meeting! I went back again tried a new ice cream(the employee suggested)but i didn't like it all! I asked if i could switch it out and the owner refused and CHARGED ME AGAIN! I been coming here for years and i will never come back and spend my money because of this treatment!

The lady was scooping my ice cream and the ice cream flung out of the scooper and fell on the floor and she put it back in the carton.
Best ice-cream and treats! Thank you for the great service and love that it's super clean! We will be back! ♡
