We had a horrible customer service experience at this location, we ordered a banana royale and a chocolate fudge reese's sundae and they were both delivered with barely any ice cream or toppings on them literally the cups were not even half full. When we told the owners daughter about them she acknowledged that they weren't made correctly and that there was barely any ice cream in them but that a new employee had made them and that she wasn't about to waste money or time by remaking other ones so we could just leave, literally that's what happened and she was extremely rude and combative about it. This is a mistake THEY made and that she acknowledged but she absolutely refused to make it right . WORST customer service EVER don't give this place your business they don't deserve it instead support other local ice cream shops in the area that value your business this place does not.
Ordered two 3 scoop sundaes. Picture showed cup overflowing with ice cream and toppings.What I actually received via delivery was a half filled cup with 3 golf ball size scoops. For $9 each...I was ripped off
Horrible experience, owner very disrespectful. I asked for a kid shark spoon . He talked with me like if I didn’t speak any English , after I asked him to switch the toppings. He told me “this is corporate America, you pay for what you got” very rude and disrespectful. I also found the place dirty and would never come back to this place again . Paid for extra topping and he provided 2 small warms on top . Horrible experience .
I always get the same thing there...the Banana Royale Sundae with World Class Chocolate and Strawberry, topped with hot fudge and whip cream. It's delicious. Today's sundae was especially pretty!I should have taken a picture ?
Absolutely awful customer service! Owner is confrontational and condescending. Will never go here again. I ordered a Father’s Day Cake and picked it up Sunday, when I got home the cake was totally wrong! A plane cake! When I called to let the owner know he said I will need to return the cake...WTH?!! He expected me to not celebrate Father’s Day and wait until Monday so that I could return the cake and they remake me a new one??? How is this my fault when I called two days ahead put in my custom order and had proof of my custom order yet still received a plane cake. Will never spend a dime at this establishment again. I will take my business to the 4 other Baskin Robbins in Rancho Cucamonga area.
Excellent service!!! Always enjoy their ice cream, especially their Oreo cookies ice cream cake???. I stopped by around 6pm on Friday. Their sales associate was very courteous and helpful?

I called ahead for a chocolate shake. I walk over and wait and wait and wait and wait. Never got my shake. I will be talking to the owner. Also told the guy I would have my service dog and when I arrived I stood outside showing him the money and he could see my dog. If they are not taking phone orders they should make that clear.
