We used to love this place, but it has gone completely down hill. The last five times we have gone there they have messed up our order. They either completely forget to give us something or today we ordered a sausage burrito and they didn’t even put sausage in it. We will not be returning here again. It’s a waste of money.
Edit: My mom and I were able to share a nice affordable and fresh dinner the other day, Taco Tuesday! The tacos were fresh and the fries were delicious. My mom really liked the burger. And the staff was very nice. This Baker's is close by my work so we'll be back. ✌️ ?
very difficult to order vegan options - will upcharge you a lot in the drive thru. They had no guacamole and made mistakes in my order. It's too difficult to go there and not worth the price. Their music's alright, but it's not that spacious inside compared to other restaurants - you're shoved next to other people where you can overhear conversations without being able to hear your own. If you like uncomfortable experiences, this is the place for you!
I drove all the way over there knowing they were open and got turned away during business hours….I went 15 mins before closing while cars were still in line for their food but a cone was blocking the drive thru. I called and asked if they were still open and they said they’re closing a couple minutes early and weren’t able to take my order although they were still open and were assisting other customers. The customer service is not there
Would have given them 5 stars but it took at least 5 minutes to place my order at the drive thru speaker. There weren't any cars in front of us.
They changed the chicken soft taco for the worse. But their drink choice is still great.
This is the worst drive thru , They make me wait for order more then 5 minutes , When I realized the time I could not go back so I order And the line super slow for 3 cars Frontline so after I took my order Was more then 20 minutes for One Breakfast burrito.. Don't go on this one Foothill and Rochester
I've been going to bakers since I was in high school, I've tasted bakers in alot of differentcities, this one here in Rancho is by far the best tasting so fresh always fries are perfectly salted. Hands down best place to eat Bakers. Nice staff and super clean too
Chili cheese fries are so yummy here definitely worth driving out to.
Soggy fries. Horrid drive thru. Ima stick to the upland location they the only ones who do it right. Oh. They didn't put any beans in my vegetarian taco just because I asked for a small amount of vegetarian meat does it mean I didn't want the beans
